MARVEL SNAP's Hot Location this weekend is Kamar-Taj!
Kamar-Taj is the dream Location for anyone wanting to play a lot of On Reveal effects, and Odin is the perfect finisher for those types of decks - they even name-dropped him in the announcement. If you're going to be playing SNAP during the next 24 hours, you'd better get used to seeing a lot of Odin decks - like the ones we've shared below. Or, you can run Cosmo to shut off the flow of On Reveal at Kamar-Taj.
However you choose to plan for the Hot Location, you'd better get used to it; being a Hot Location means that Kamar-Taj will show up 60% more frequently for 24 hours, from 8 PM PT Saturday night to 8 PM PT Sunday night.
On Reveal: Activate the On Reveal abilities of your other cards at this location.
On Reveal: Add a 7-Power Tiger to another location.
Hot Decks for Kamar-Taj
We're not just going to give you some vague pointers about what cards you could run at Kamar-Taj; how about some actual decks? Because it's early in many player's MARVEL SNAP careers, we've included a good On Reveal deck that has only Starter cards but we're also featuring decks with On Reveal effects from later on in the Collection Ladder.
Starters Only
Kamar-Taj is a great Hot Location for beginners, because there are already so many good On Reveal synergies in the Starter cards that it's not too hard to make a deck that can take advantage of the doubling. This Starter deck is packed to the gills with On Reveals to repeat, but would probably most like to put White Tiger at Kamar-Taj, then follow up with a turn 6 Odin there as well.
Pool 1 Odin Zoo
This deck goes wide, then hopes to finish with a similar White Tiger/Odin finisher, but has plenty to do in the early game while packing enough disruptive 1-Drops to hurt your opponent's chances of making a comeback.
Dino Feed
Looking for something to do at Kamar-Taj that doesn't involve Tigers? Our own sinti has put together a deck that uses On Reveal effects to feed Devil Dinosaur by filling your hand with lots of your opponent's stuff - doubly so if you play them on Kamar-Taj!
Tired of Kamar-Taj
This Pool 1 deck just wants to play a normal-er game of SNAP, which is why it's running cards that either change Kamar-Taj to something else, or shut down your opponent's ability to use the double effect. Barring that, it can try to steal its opponent's On Reveal deck and play it for itself.
What are Hot Locations in MARVEL SNAP?
There are two different types of location events in MARVEL SNAP.
- Sunday's Hot Location that appears 60% more frequently for the next 24 hours.
- Wednesday's Featured Location that appears 40% more frequently for the next 48 hours.
Unlike the Featured Location (which is always a new Location), Sunday's Hot Location will pull from the pool of existing Locations. Its increased appearance rate will shake up the meta for a day - for example, Kamar-Taj is going to bring a lot of Odin decks to the forefront.

I'm pretty sure it's actually that Hot Locations have a 60% chance of appearing in the match.
Wouldn't "60% more" mean that a location's normal 1.54% chance of appearing would change to merely 2.46% chance of appearing? Which clearly isn't the case.
(Math assumes 65 locations in game and ignores the fact that there's 3 slots but you get my point.)
