Riot gave us something different today as the new expansion was revealed out of the blue - with ALL of the upcoming 42 cards! Aatrox, Kayle, and Ryze will be joining the game with the upcoming patch, alongside plenty of other cards which you can check out below!
We also got some new mechanics:
- Assimilate: Transform allies Equipped with Darkin Equipment into their Darkin unit forms. If they are Champions, they Level Up.
- Empowered: A unit has its Empowered bonus while its Power is at least the listed number.

Revealing all cards on one day 1 week before expansion is pretty lame.
I could see revealing all cards 1 day before expansion so that players can't prebuild their decks and have more of a surprise or I could see the spiler/hype version but just throwing all cards out early is about as anti hype as it gets to me.
