Contro, control, control cards... how long can this go on?
I can't really decide on which is more disturbing, Ramp Druid or Token Druid;
and in every set it is one or the other...
Really liking cards like Glowstone Gyreworm and Crystal Cluster where you can turn a downside into an upside. Crystal Cluster in particular where ramping cards at 10 mana are basically useless, this card at least gives you a very good alternative. This card also makes me wonder if Nourish will be leaving core next rotation.
I don't like Druid having access to such a big defensive body as Gloomstone Guardian. One of the weaknesses of most ludicrous druid decks is "folds to early pressure"; I get nervous when Druid gets tools that protect it from early pressure. I love the design of the Gyreworm, though.
It feels like every annoying deck is about to get more annoying. I hope any new archetypes can stand up to that.
Shattered Reflections is going to be horrible with Eonar.
Also more Seedlock support?! Thanks, I hate it.
Captain, I'll need a hint - really don't get the 1 mana 12/24 reference - thanks in advance
Today's date.
We're on the 12th day of the first month (01-12) of 2024, hence the card using today's date of 01-12-24. Mana cost is the month, Attack is the day, and Health is the year. You might've noticed this happening on previous expansion reveals as well.
The stats and cost are just the current date, that's how we've been doing it for a while. The text doesn't usually reference them.
Make sense - thank you for the prompt enlightening
