This reveal season is going to be a bit different since Blizzard made an oops and leaked all the cards in the set early. All the new cards have already been added to our database, which means you can build decks with them, and they will be be visible on our expansion page for The Great Dark Beyond. This also means you can already start to vote and discuss every single card if you wish, which gives us plenty of time to get scores building for an incredible Community Compendium once the reveal season is over.
But, even though all the cards have been leaked, we will be covering the cards in daily recap articles too. Leaked cards will appear on the website as if they were uncollected in your Hearthstone collection manager, so until they show up as their usual self, take their stats and text with care. We don't know if the cards that were accidentally pushed were final; Blizzard has made last minute balance changes before. Doing daily recaps gives everyone a chance to focus their attention to a select few cards together which will make for good targeted discussion and allow everyone to ignore the leaks if they wish. Obviously, it's going to be hard to completely ignore leaks here on the site, but this may help a little bit if you want to be surprised every day.
Also, we are missing tokens across the board, so any cards with tokens are still slightly in the dark.
Today, Warlock takes to the skies to explore the void of the universe. Let's take a look at the new cards coming in The Great Dark Beyond that were revealed today, October 15, 2024.

I love K'ara. "Infinite" spellburst is a cool idea, especially if you theme it around a spell school.
Random demons is a fun theme for Warlock. Though I think cards like Demonic Studies, currently in core, do it better than Abduction Ray. Still look forward to trying to makeArchimonde work.
Also that signature starship, wow.
Let's start with the starship pieces. I think it fits very conveniently into wheelock, and that's likely the main reason for it working in the class. Basically, the ship pieces Felfire Thrusters and Heart of the Legion are naturally defensive cards and can never realistically be a build around, more like support cards that enable win cons to work, like Wheel of DEATH!!!
As for the other cards;
Bad Omen - Its just another card you play in starship decks and nowhere else. At least the demons have taunt. Not much else to say about this card. If youre putting starship cards in your deck, then might as well play this card.
Healthstone - Maybe Im missing something here, but this card is likely trash. Why play this when you can just play Felstring Harp or Void Virtuoso? The only thing going for this is that youre actually taking damage, so it can realistically trigger pain cards while also healing you back, but for two card slots in your deck + the fact that its otherwise useless, I cant see it. At least void virtuoso is a 1 mana 1/3.
Abduction Ray - Yes, its to power up Archimonde, and yes its also not worth it. Spend mana to skip your turn in hopes of getting good demons out of a pool of traditionally poor cards. For every sargeras, there's like four flame imps waiting as you play this.
K'ara, the Dark Star - The good news is that warlock traditionally has access to plenty of cheap shadow spells. The drawback? Well, most of them are either not very good or comes with drawbacks like self damage. K'ara itself isnt all that great neither, but since its possible to steal from the enemy hero, there might well be something to this card that is not yet know.
I think the most obvious combo with K'ara is Abduction Ray, since it's cheap and repeatable. Three casts on your "pop off" turn isn't a ton, though, even if it makes K'ara harder to remove.
