Milestone has revealed a new game in the Hot Wheels series and it's open world. Hot Wheels Infinite Rush comes from the same developers who released bothy of the Hot Wheels Unleashed games that came out in recent years.
In the fictional city of Wheelswood, which yes it does have a massive Hollywood-like sign you can jump through, you can race, pick up objectives, collect cars, and go off the track. Ferrari also got a mention, sporting a couple of iconic vehicles in the collection.
Just because it's a city though doesn't mean there aren't the iconic Hot Wheels tracks placed throughout to help launch you to great heights and perform exciting loops. Graphically, the game looks amazing and my inner child would have loved this so much more than Hot Wheels Turbo Racing, which to be fair was a good time on the N64. Kids these days got it so good on the video games side...

Also, that's not to say this is a kids game exclusively, I was just having a nostalgia moment. Did anyone else use their Hot Wheels tracks irl as swords and have your parents take them away from you when you were sword fighting with siblings?
Hot Wheels Infinite Rush releases September 24, 2026 and is prices at $49.99 on Steam, Epic, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
