Take-Two Interactive released a press announcement regarding the pre-orders for the upcoming GTA VI (which start tomorrow), detailing a few things. First up, the price: The Standard Edition will be 79.99 USD, with the Ultimate being 99.99. Some in-game content (mainly customisation shops) will be locked behind the Ultimate edition, so really you're getting Gimped Edition for 80 dollars, and the Standard is 100.
The second point of contention is the physical release... which isn't. If you buy the game from retailers, all you're getting is a code in the box to activate the game on PlayStation/Xbox (PC isn't getting the game yet, in case you forgot). Not great news for physical collectors. Other than that, there are also some pre-order cosmetics for those who buy the game early. You'll be able to install the starting on November 12th, so it's ready to play when it launches on the 20th.
