Playground Games has pushed out a Forza Horizon 6 Series 3 update and it tackles one of the more annoying quirks in the game while treating a couple of fan-favourite cars to fresh exhaust notes. The patch carries the version number 398.092 on Steam.
It is a tidy round of bug fixes and tweaks touching general stability, AI behaviour, audio, and a handful of specific cars. Here is everything we know is in the update.
What does the Series 3 update fix?
The headline change for anyone who spends time trading paint with the Drivatars is on the AI side. The update makes improvements to reduce excessive AI collisions on corner entries, which should mean fewer moments of getting punted off the racing line just as you tip into a bend.
On the general front, the update rolls in performance and stability fixes.

What are the new car sounds?
Audio gets a decent amount of love this time, and that includes two cars getting brand new exhaust audio. There is new stock exhaust audio for the 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulia, and new race exhaust audio for the 2022 Ferrari 296 GTB.
The rest of the audio changes are aimed at cleaning up a few longstanding gripes:
Improvements to audio performance.
Fixed an issue where changing Speech Volume would also affect GPS Voice.
Improvements to music track rotation on the radio.

Which cars got fixes?
Two car-specific issues are addressed in this update:
Fixed an issue with the 1995 Toyota MR2 GT where kerbs could cause a dead stop.
Fixed an issue where Treasure Cars could be removed from My Cars. If you removed these by accident, the notes point players toward submitting a ticket to Forza Support.
