General
Member profiles now show your Sidequest character at the top of the About tab: your gear, level, health, stats, set bonuses, and skills.
Sidequest items have proper tooltips everywhere they appear on the site, and on phones they open in a drawer from the bottom of the screen that is easy to tap.
Gift Drops
Every 6 hours during an event, one of the trainers hands out a free gift: a bundle of materials from their workshop, sometimes with some Gold.
Every member can claim each gift once, within 24 hours.
Gifts show up in a corner of the boss panel on the homepage with a Claim button, in the trainer's thread in the Sidequest realm, in the shoutbox, and on our Discord.
6 hours is the case for Oozefest, this will almost certainly be adjusted in the future for other events.
Oozefest
The war effort meters, Top Contributors, Fresh Deliveries, and Pass Leaders on the season page now update live while you watch.
The settlement now has a Militia you can donate spare gear to... and more.
Trick or Treat: the trainers' Trick or Treat buttons on the season page now take you to their shop, where you knock on their door. They have a lot of wares!
Trainers start each day with a full bucket of candy, so their houses are always worth knocking on.
Pranks from a trick (like the flipped page) now last 30 seconds instead of 5 minutes.
Ooze throw buttons now show a green ooze glob instead of a water droplet.
The boss page has an Eat button beside Attack, and the Sugar Rush candy shows as icons with tooltips that tell you what each candy does.
The combat log shows how long ago each hit landed. Hover the time to see the exact time.
Sidequest
Sidequest got another big update: a full item database, a redesigned inventory, characters on profiles, the settlement's Militia and trebuchets, siege balls, bosses in the Sidequest World, and a new logo. Check out the full Sidequest update in the Sidequest realm.
Shops & Marketplace
You can now create a new listing every 3 seconds instead of every 30.
Put items in your shop straight from your bag. Click an item and choose Put in Shop.
Gear you cancelled from your shop can be listed again, and gear you bought from another member can be resold. Both used to fail.
Gear you bought from another member's shop can be deleted again. It used to show an error.
Games
Game pages work again. They were showing an error for a short time after the last update.
Special editions of a game, like a Director's Cut or a Game of the Year edition, now belong to the main game's page instead of getting a duplicate page of their own. When two pages for the same game are merged, old links to the merged page redirect to the right one.
We still have some manual work to do to do the data-side of this fix, but it's coming.
Magic: The Gathering
Serialized and promo printings with a star in their collector number get their card images now. The image importer was broken because of this.
Bug Fixes
Some pages could load an outdated stylesheet after an update, which left the gift claim page without its realm header styling.
Typing in the site search on the Sidequest World page works again.
