Dormant minions consistently block "neighbor" effects like Combustion. In a recent game, my opponent played The Lurker Below, killing my left most minion, gliding over my Dormant Flightmaster Dungar, then dealing 3 damage to my next minion. That's inconsistent, right? Anyone else had similar experiences?

The Lurker Below's mechanic is kinda weird, since its chain battlecry is programmed to ignore Dormant minions and move on to the next minion in line. Rolling Fireball does this as well.
Thanks man, didn't know about the Fireball interaction. I guess it's sort of consistent then.
I think the reason is because "neighbor" effects are based on board position, while these chain effects basically just look for the next valid target in line, thus skipping Dormant minions.
Makes sense.
