The best options for use are the 1-turn dormant and 3-turn dormant. I've rarely found the 5-turn dormant effect to be impactful enough, even in control games.
I have already used this guy in a few decks and I love it. In control games, you get a long range heal. For damage games, you get 12 damage to your opponent's side of the board, for aggro, you get a 3/3 + a 2/2 with an ability. It's just good all around
I think dropping 3 mana 3/3 body with 5 turn dormant effect needs more than just a mere 12 damage split. Maybe make it 4 turn dormant instead because 1 turn dormant already provide a 2/2 body with effects.
