So rule "At least 1 card will be Rare or better" no more applies?

I was opening some DMF packs when this happened:

    I was about to make a thread asking the same thing:

    I mean I don't care that much because I almost exclusively play battlegrounds but still, wtf Blizzard?

    Yeah, there are similar posts now all over the place. They messed up something.....again.

    Now I wonder if it´s a good idea not to packs until they fix it, or open them and hope for a compensation..

      I've opened 26 packs and only one was bugged, so it doesn't seem to be a big risk to run into it unless you plan to open a lot more.

        Okay thanks, I hoarded 31 packs and really want to finally open them, so I guess I´ll take the risk :)

        Edit: Yeah, it´s thankfully only a visual bug, all my packs were normal.

    It's a visual bug. Rally! is actually a rare but shows up as common. Hysteria also appears as an epic.

    You're right, it's just a visual bug then.
