With this deck, you want to use your low cost and efficient cards to set up board pressure or at least keep up on tempo (the realistic goal depends on the opponent's deck) and then swing the game with a Dragoncaster + expensive spell combo. By turn 8-12 you should be actively trying to set up  for lethal as after that you might fall behind on your resources.

Against control or slow starting decks don't be afraid to push aggressively e.g. with turn 3 Cinderstorm to face.

I am laddering with this deck in the Rank 5 to Rank 2 range, haveing a lot of fun, but keep in mind I don't play much more than a dozen games per day so my sample size is small. I seem to be doing well against rogues, to a lesser extent warriors and other mages, I don't see that many warlocks but they could be the big problem for this, alongside face hunter.
