You may want to consider adding Omega Defender. If you have to play C'Thun before Shudderwock, you can give Shudder a huge Attack value and then use C'Thun's battlecry.
I think that C'Thun isn't worth at all, you run 7 really bad cards (in wild they are abysmally bad) to buff one card that only works post turn 9 (which is rare in wild) that you might never draw..
I think the C'thun part isn't worth at all, it's too weak.. you have to remember it's wild and C'Thun was only played in warrior and druid and that also only for 1.5 expansions after jades came out a successful C'Thun deck wasn't seen ever again.
Jades are good.. Shudderwock might be good enough if you can fend off aggro but C'Thun is bad.
We'll know when the card comes out, but my gut feeling says that the quest won't be very good in wild, simply because Brann does the same thing but with no strings attached. Your most powerful battlecries('Wock, C'thun) can't be combined with the Brann HP anyway due to mana constraints, and the fact that you have to play 5 battlecries in order to unlock it means that you won't be able to use the double battlecry until fairly late in the game.
Now sure, there's an argument for running both the quest and Brann, but I think that with C'thun buffs and jades the payoff is too little, too late for the quest. The one card that justifies running it IMO is Swampqueen Hagatha.
I think that this could be competitively viable in the future. My only question is, could you sub one of the Witchwood Pipers for Emperor Thaurissan to try and better combo the Quest Hero Power with C'thun and Shudderwock? Just a thought.
I'll have to give it a try when the expansion comes out. My concern is that the deck might lack in draw-power if I continue to skim away such cards; hard to say without playing the deck. I know you want some draw in there to compensate for the loss of an opening card via the Quest.
I always like hybrid archetypes. Jade and C'thun at the same time? Good job. Here is my feedback that might help:
That way, you can tutor AOE cards to improve them at the same time. Think about it: You play Lightning Storm and you overload for 2-Mana. It's like you pay 5-Mana so why not do that? Also, you go for Shudderwock route, so heal boost would fit better.
I will add more here if I find something better. Until then, take care.
Thanks for the suggestions :) I was thinking of the Schemes myself, so I might pull that trigger.
nice deck
Thanks :)
