Old Guardian's Budget Tempo Mage

I could not build a functional Budget Tempo Mage in Rise of Shadows, but Saviors of Uldum provided Mage with a number of new tools for Secret synergies. However, it is important to recognize that just playing around with Secrets is not going to win games for you. Secrets can help, but the real punch has to come from somewhere else. Therefore, this Tempo Mage build goes for early minions and only four Secrets (I would add Splitting Image if it was not an Epic) to keep up the aggression and finish the job with burn spells and Cloud Prince.
