A buff with plunder in freljord?
Riot devs really wanted to troll freljord once again right?
Like... you don't use buffs after combat and you have only very little means to trigger plunder outside of combat in freljord and even burn spells usually are fast so that you can't trigger Plunder at burst speed other than with Warning Shot. Which makes this a pseudo bilgewater card...
It's like they made this card for Gangplank/Sejuani and nothing else.
