It's Relentless Pursuit with small upside but +1 manacost and which is interruptable by killing the target?
Its hard to believe that this card sees serious play outside of expeditions
Edit: I actually overlooked the ability to combine this card with Taric allowing you to attack 2 additional times... so reevaluated i'd say this card is meh outside of taric but insane in taric decks
I don't think that you can interrupt the rally by killing the target, for that it has to say "give an ally barrier this round to rally", like how Homecoming say "recall an ally to recall enemy".
