I’m not so sure on this card. Quick Attack is generally pretty awful, and this needs two triggers in order to have the same stats as the awful 2 mana 3/1 Quick Attack from PnZ. The only hope for this card is if Keyword-stealing cards want Quick Attack or if it gets buffed to a 1/2.
1 hp 1 drops rarely see play it's too easy to get rid of with a lot of pings everywhere.. the scaling is also kind of slow for this, you want at least 2 hp on your 1 drops, or them to do something significant fast.
This scales slower than other 1 mana scalers like the support or shield ones which are 1/2s
