Hmm ... I wonder if Noxus dragons can be a thing.
Either way, this certainly wreaks havoc on Ionia.
A tailermade support for frostbite noxus decks...
it is certainly strong but it disappoints me that riot creates cards for existing decks instead of trying new design spaces :/
I like the flavor on this one, but it will backfire quite a lot as the effect is mandatory.
For example, a damaged 6/1 champion strikes a 1/1 token.
This landmark is pretty far from a meme. It doesn't even need frostbite to be good. It also supports big noxus overwhelm decks, and probably other things as well.
Armoured Tuskrider is a thing
I tried theorycrafting this with Demacia/Shyvana last night without luck -- not enough dragons. I might try again with Targon -- I think that could go much better.
