The Good Bird Lady Deck - A Hitchcock Nightmare

So it was pretty obvious to me that all the gooood bird lady cards were literally bird tribal cards

giving birds quick attack and plus 1 is nuts

giving them plus 1 and impact is nuts

Again in standard context these things are horrible outside of that

But you know shadow isles giving you all those yummy on curve control cards is just how I roll

Kalista on curve allowing you to potentially resummon your big tribal pieces

I call it hitchcocks nightmare and once again it's better than the day 1 lists

I'm on a roll 3 for 3 with the new champs, because I am the master memer competitive players can't put their head around this stuff

    Nah I guarantee all 3 of these day 1 brews from me are 52% plus just by merit of them not being garbage

  • No you give Nidalee 2+2 and shes unstopable in mono shurima

    you give the birds tribal synergy and they become unstopable

    and you give poros good cards with your brain pan and they become unstopable

    Swim would have had this figured out in 50 seconds so instead I had to do it

    What happens every other game?

    See the thing is this deck can't out aggro fizz Samara it can't out aggro midrange LeBlanc so what exactly is it doing? Beside meme tutoring elusive neco sometimes but not all the time?

    Like really this is the elite tutor deck it tutors jarvan, it tutors garen, and it tutors neko and then it rallies. Everything else it does doesn't matter.

    So we have another case of deny or bust deck building with 0 counter play options.

    It's not like Ionia got massively buffed in this patch or anything so relying on a 9 mana card or a 6 mana challenger is bad

    Oh wait...

  • Never build memes guys, we saw it in eternal with thresh nasus and we are seeing it now with tutor neko

    Having your entire deck revolve around 1 expensive card had been historically bad

    Not only from a winrate perspective but from a tournament perspective as well.

    So we have 45% pro deck

    We have a 49% ambush deck

    And we have a 51% nekko meme deck

    Thats not really impressive so much as it is absolutely terrible failing 3 times in a row

  • So instead of memes and below average deck building. I'm offering you sustainable powerful decks that can counter play against the 58% winrate stuff and win on ladder

    Because thats what I always do

    If you want easy go somewhere else

    Also it is implied and tested that these decks are eternal playable as well, where you definately can't get away with memes

  • Yeah you high rolled again, it's pretty obvious why I steer clear of this format when thats kind of the only bow to your string

    Like why play neko when you can high roll lurk and pings don't exist?

    Also murai warden did nothing for you so your only addition there was pointless

    No wonder your poro deck is at 45% you can't high roll it rofl

    It's okay nifty is here to tell you that high roll decks only do well in standard and that high roll decks are memes that don't carry good players it's all right hush hush

    How about I dominate standard ladder like I dominate eternal ladder with my brews and then I'll become a master at both formats?

    Like yes you can sit there with your 45% winrate deck and spam board and cross your fingers your wincon will mysteriously appear sometimes it will

    But most of the time the good deck with the good wincon will win sorry

    And yeah I even misplayed and wasted 3 mana on my end with the yumi equipment interaction cuz I'm still tweaking and it didn't even matter!!!

    Thats the power of a good deck not a meme shiiiit I might even include 1 fluff for exodia who cares nobody runs answers
