So Swim created a P and Z shadow control list with Ezreal too day 1, only difference is my version is arguable better but great minds think alike.

Because unfortunately Viego and invasive hydravine are bombs, and not using bombs in a control list is a bad idea, just ask Swain.

It also enables crumble which offer landmark removal and that sometimes matters, but more often it's a better vengeance.

In the burst meta the difference between fast and slow speed is pretty negligible as long as you aren't leaving yourself vulnerable to open attacks.

And honestly if we want darkness generation we have the 3 drop thats good enough.
