Shyvana Garen Noxkraya Arena

Ok... hear me out...
I know that Shyvana should go on a Dragon deck, it seems obvious, but another synergy could be with her attack synergy and Strike generations once leveled up.
With such little Dragon support, basically only Shyvana and Screeching Dragon, it would seem a bit difficult to level her up, but with this many strike cards and all the ways to rally, basically attacking every turn, it is going to be easier than you think.
Garen with all the strikes: Single Combat, Strafying Strike, Concerted Strike and more importantly Noxkraya Arena. is going to be very easy to level up, and then benefit from the rallies everyturn.
Giving more attacks to Shyvana and so more ways for her to generate value.
then we run power cards from the regions we are in as Cythria the Bold, which by the way synergizes with multiple attacks as well.
Overall a pretty strange concept, but I am guessing it will work quite well.
