Does everyone else here see Mogwai's decks showing up a lot?

I feel like every morning, I see a lot of whatever deck he released a YouTube video for the night before. He showcases a lot of interesting decks, so I get why people would want to try them out, but the frequency with which I see them just seems crazy to me.

  • It's not just Mogwai. Any deck showcased by a prominent streamer will become much more popular for a day or two. Mogwai is just the most popular streamer (with the possible exception of Swim), so the effect is magnified for his decks.

  • Well i personally still suck at deckbuilding for this game so i often look at Mogway's decks and use them.

  • Yeah Mogwai plays some pretty cool lists. But the archetypes aren't invented by him certainly. You can play undead anivia, you can play Demacia elites, you can play Jinx Draven, these lists are always viable, they just don't win as often as Bilgewater which is a little too high tempo right now.

  • Are you talking about ranked or normal play?

    Because at normal play, i see so many different decks to the point is very hard to point out a particular trend.

  • Well, right now, Lee Sin is in every goddamned deck, so it doesn't really matter who streamed what or which mode you are in.
