My account is reinitialized - I lost all my cards'n'decks :'(

Hello,

I need help ! My account was reinitialized and I don't know why. I tried to write to the support but when I sent the rapport, the website page of support is only refresh and nothing append :'(

I want to play with my caaaaaards and my decks :''''O

  • Check if you logged in in the correct region, it happened to a friend that his launcher changed to NA for no reason

  • You DEFINITELY need to sort this out with Riot's support team.

    Be considerate of the fact I think they all work in US Monday-Friday, so you probably aren't going to hear back from them for the next ~40 hours.  But in my limited experience, when they do finally get around to responding, the guys seem pretty friendly and understanding.
