What is Warcraft Rumble's Unbound Trait? Available Minis & Synergies
Need help figuring out your Cycle units from your Siege units, and everything in-between? Then look no further! With this series of Warcraft Rumble guides, we'll provide an overview of the various minis that have the desired trait, as well any potential synergies such a trait may be looking to take advantage of.
In this guide, we'll be talking about the Unbound trait.
What is Unbound?
Normally, when you go to play a mini, you are required to place it near a structure you control: your base Tower, a Tower you've taken, or a Meeting Stone. Unbound minis don't care about that - they may be placed anywhere on the map!
Synergies & Strategies with Unbound
Because Unbound minis ignore the basic rule of playing one's units near their structures, you have a lot more freedom with how you utilize them. See a treasure chest you want? Drop a mini next to it! See an enemy Kobold about to mine some gold? Drop a mini next to it! Feel like ignoring the map entirely and just dumping your army on the boss' doorstep? You get the idea. Those with the Unbound trait align themselves well with sneaky strategies, given their ability to reach places they wouldn't normally be able to go without a long hike. In this way, their usefulness is really only limited by your own capability for clever maneuvering.
