Just an overall effort to expand B tier into something great for us diversity enthusiasts like me
c Tier is still absent but that's probably for the best
Legends is actually a very balanced game in terms of play rates and win rates
Like if you still want to pilot Soraka, I bet you could hit a 54 percent winrate and rank up just fine.
It's all down to the player, and that's what makes this game so great.
