I continue to struggle using the site menu on mobile. I am using the latest iOS on an iPhone 6s Plus, and I’ve tried on both Chrome and Safari.
I tap the bars to open the menu, and then I tap one of the headers (e.g. Forums) to expand that section. If I try to scroll down, it expands wherever I tap and hold to scroll. Then, if I try again it will jump to the page of whatever I touch rather than letting me scroll down. In short, I can only access things at the top of the menu. Scrolling down doesn’t seem to work for me.
Feel free to point out if this is just user error ;)

Yeah this happens to me too. I now only use the recent forums section because you can't do it any other way.
TLDR; I don't think it's a user error
