I can recommend using the WoW Secrets Discord channel. They provide a shared sheet with all the known info so far. All 4 puzzles have been found, so far only Warrior has been solved.
Edit: the links are in Celestalon's tweet

I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Update: Rogue is solved, we're halfway there!
People are speculating Druid is a maze and Hunter has something to do with buying and selling items. They are trying to max their profit right now.

Druid was also just solved!

All clues are solved but the puzzles are hard.
Hunter looks like it will take a while
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
The Hunter puzzle is insane. Easiest solution is probably to write an algorithm to crack the code.

So is the practice tool down for other people? I wanted to do the Rogue and Druid ones but it seems broken (it keeps kicking me out/disconnecting me)

yeap, same here
Since the last patch there are hidden puzzles in Hearthstone. Solve them all and earn a cardback as a reward. 3 out of 4 puzzles have been solved. People are still tinkering on the Hunter puzzle.
Google Doc that keeps track of all solutions

I had the same, so I the hard mode worked just fine for me and the Innkeeper in hard mode is still easy enough.
Arena > Wild > Standard
The druid puzzle is easily solvable on your own. Get yourself a sheet of paper and a pen to visualize the maze for yourself and then you should have any problems with it. Some patience will come in handy tho.
Arena > Wild > Standard
I completely agree. What is the reason to do something like this? Play bunch of random cards in a game mode no one plays and then do a (sometimes excessively long) number of steps.
Like the current tavern brawl - just random random.
-=alfi=-
It actually isn't. Every card is hinted at in the mercenaries flavortexts and each puzzle as a goal to solve. In the Rogue one you have to bring every box to 4 attack, in the warrior on you try to bring every minion to the other side of the board, the druid one is a maze where you control the character with the doors (turn left, go forward, turn right) and the hunter one is about trading at an bazar.
Blizzard has just posted on twitter that Practice Mode has been officially disabled until further notice. Guess the secret solving was a bit too intense.

Celestalon posted this on Twitter: "Unfortunately, it was a little TOO much passion for our Practice Mode servers to handle. We are working on fixes, hope to have Practice working again in a few hours! Sorry about the delay!"
I wholeheartedly disagree. I was watching the WoW Secret Finding Discord channel when they solved the first two riddles and it was amazing. People from all over the world working together to get this done, it was so chaotic and so so beautiful. Granted, the difficulty of this thing is beyond crazy but that probably was the whole point of it: it was never meant to be solvable by any one person.
Some explanations for more clarity:
Step 1 was finding out that the flavor texts of the Druid, Warrior, Rogue and Hunter mercenary contain clues for the 4 parts of the achievement. I wasn't around at the time but I guess what makes them stand out is that the characters quote themselves in their flavor texts.
Step 2: They hint at cards you have to play against the innkeeper. To find out which cards exactly are needed, people from different countries helped together because the hints were more straight forward in some languages.
Step 3: Solving the riddles themselves. Some people tried to apply really advanced math to the Rogue one but got beaten by trial and error people because no one knew what to look for. For Druid it was a matter of patience once someone had the brilliant idea that it was a maze. I mean: Hiding a fucking maze in a HS board state. This must be the most genius thing in the history of Easter Eggs. Warrior was the old classic of bringing the sheep and the wolf over the river. I'm in love and no, I haven't participated in any of it. Just watching it unfold piece by piece was amazing.

I mean...I'm pretty active in HS and in the HS community, and the day I'm finding out this is even a thing is the day I'm learning that they're already solved.
edit: again, not really sure where to begin with Druid. Something about twins above and below? Do I need to put both eclipses in my deck?
edit 2: to the first point, I don't play with sound on. There's no way I was ever going to be able to be a part of this.
worst community ever
Alright, I'll try one last time. The achievement was added with the big patch this week. You could have noticed it in game and made your inquiries online. Celestalon also started to tweet about this like a week ago with cryptic stuff. When the patch was live, he flat out announced that there was a secret achievement. Last but not least, there was dedicated article on the front site of this. Very. Website. I do think those were enough opportunities to take notice of the thing.
Regarding your first edit: like I have already explained, the hints are in the flavor texts of the 4 mercenaries and they are easier to solve if you look them up in different languages. As far as I know, the Druid one was pretty straight forward in Chinese. And yes, putting the two Eclipse cards into a deck is part of the solution.
No idea what you are talking about concerning the sound. I haven't seen a part of the riddle that involves sound. The flavor texts are quotes, but you look them up on the card pages.
Finally I'd like to stress once more that this was meant as some kind of global sized scavenger's hunt. No single person was meant to solve this on their own. It was about working together. Like once people figured out that the Druid riddle was a maze, it was only a matter of generating the map. Everybody could have contributed to that.

Absolutely, I wasn't really involved in working together with the community as much, but it was a blast to figure out parts of the puzzle myself. I'm really glad they did this and hope we get to see more like this in the future.

Then what would have been your approach to hosting this event? Blizzard chose to add a new achievement to the game and for the most part just laid back, eating popcorn. They knew people would start working together to solve the riddle. Out of Cards had its share in this too as it made more people aware of what was going on. That's just how the story unfolded. Celestalon might as well have been silent. I don't think his tweets have made much of a difference, except for yet again, making more people aware of what was going on. I guess he just really wanted to sprinkle in some hints that weren't really hints and for the most part only created confusion.
Would you have liked a pop-up when starting up Hearthstone to notify you that they have added the achievement to the game including links to communities where people are working together to crack the code? Takes away the charm if you ask me. In my opinion the let the story write itself approach was a huge part of why this event was so much fun.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Sure, they could have done that. I bet they have even considered doing so, but after all it's just an achievement, thus nothing special for the majority of players. I presume they have concluded they didn't want to bother the majority with a useless pop-up and thus chose to add the achievement without explicit announcements.
These mysteries are more common in WoW. I don't know if they are explicitly announced in that game, but I predict it's similar and the Hearthstone team wanted to do this in a similar way. All speculation on my end, though. Don't know much about WoW.

So you're "pretty active in HS and the HS community" but you don't read patch notes of major updates and the articles on the front page of the dedicated homepage your visiting and you don't follow the social media channels of the devs. I don't see much ground for complaining about not being informed about this to be honest, but maybe that's just me.

Some behind the scenes info from Celestalon for those that don't follow the devs on social media ;-) link
He also did a Q&A about it, but there wasn't much new info as far as I could see.

May I ask a question ? because you seem like you followed almost all progress of solving the puzzle and can't find any better place to ask this.
I can figure it out about Maze, Shop and Caravan puzzles but rogue one is weird. I mean, all of them except rogue's one have some logic behind it, probably rogue have too but i still can't figure it out why we should only use left most minion to attack etc. In druid's one for example, the reasons are there like we should hit 3 times to right to be able to turn left etc.
So can you explain the reasoning of rogue's puzzle. I am really asking it honestly and nicely, just want to know the logic.

Sure! I'm planning to do the puzzles today so I haven't tried this yet, but as far as I know, it doesn't really matter if you only use the leftmost minion. The goal is to get all enemy minions to 4 attack. Celestalon said on twitter that he wanted them to have the same attack right from the start and 4 was the first value that somehow came together. It was also quite flavorful with the 4 parts of the achievement. So there's no big mistery here as far as I know. It just seems to be easier to only use the leftmost minion and getting all enemies to 4 seems to be a maths puzzle if you don't just follow instructions from people who have already solved it. I hope that helps :)

Thanks for answer. I have done all of them and I asked this because when i first encounter it, i feel like "Oh, we need to try these keys on cubes and will try to keep them at same health after we tried" and expected that kind of logic but well, it ended up for attacks and like i said, with only attacking left-most minion, it felt weird to solve that puzzle because we don't even tried other keys on cubes. :)
I loved all of them but don't like rogue's one. Sorry Celestalon but it seems like it themed poorly. :( Best one is Druid's for sure.

I did all three Hunter, Druid and Warrior, but now I´m stuck at Rogue, cause I didn´t check the cards first and now I´ve found out that I´m missing two key epics: Potion of Illusion and Bamboozle. Now I´m having a dilemma - is it worth to craft them in order to complete the puzzle and get the cardback? I don´t play the Rogue class at all, Potion of Illusion might be worth a craft, but I´m not really convinced to use 400 dust for Bamboozle. I was thinking about putting dicovering cards in the quest deck to find them, but it could take ages to get them that way. Might as well wait if I open them in packs? Does anyone know it I could possibly open the two in recent Year of the Phoenix packs? :/
♡ u 4ever 2008 - 2022
Yes, you can get both in Year of the Phoenix packs. Alongside discovering cards you can also add Togwaggle's Scheme to shuffle in more of these discovering cards into your deck. If you don't plan to ever use those cards I personally wouldn't craft them.
Arena > Wild > Standard
You could open them in Phoenix packs, yes, although the odds are slim unless they're the last epics you need to get.
The good news is that neither of those cards are especially difficult to discover, provided you have Shadowjeweler Hanar and Keywarden Ivory who each have fairly small card pools (9 rogue secrets and 24 dual class spells). Without them you have to contend with discovering from the full Wild pool of spells in rogue (or mage with Wand Thief), which is certainly possible but will take a lot longer.
The question is: how patient are you?
Edit - Sorry for some of the duplicate info; I was too slow looking up cards, haha XD
Both cards are from sets released in the Year of the Phoenix so you should have a chance at them. However, IIRC, an epic is only guaranteed every 10 packs so the odds probably aren't in your favor.
Personally, I'd go the Discover route depending on your collection. Keep in mind that you can build a Wild deck so you have quite a few options.
picking hunter class as your opponent make pool wider for finding Bamboozle as well because Hunter has those secret finding cards like Secret Plan and Mystery Winner.
So I would play against hunter with a deck has Keywarden Ivory + Shadowjeweler Hanar in it if i miss Bamboozle + Potion of Illusion

Guys, you are all so wonderful, didn´t expect to see such thoughtful and kind responses :) Luckily I have both Keywarden Ivory and Shadowjeweler Hanar. So glad I don´t need to craft any of the epics after all. Kudos to all of you for the tips and huge thanks to RangDipkin for his exhausting list of cards, doing the hard work for me :) I´ll try to play against the Rogue first and see how it goes. Thanks!
Edit: OMG guys, it worked on the first try! On my very first turn I´ve discovered Potion of Illusion from Hallucination and next I´ve discovered Bamboozle from Venomous Scorpid. Didn´t expect it to go so smooth. You guys rock! :D
