Probably one of the strongest card revealed so far, but that's hardly surprising given that this is Queen Azshara, the literal poster girl for this expansion.
The way I see it it'll always be either ring of tides or tidestone, because the other two are kinda situational. Reminds me heavily of king togwaggle, in that there are 4 treasures but you almost always only choose one.
But all four has its uses, so I wouldn't be too surprised to see them come out from time to time, rather than seeing nothing but one choice all the time.
This card is Amazing. You just toss it in any non-aggro deck with a lot of spells for good value. All of the options are good.
I wonder if this makes Spell Priest work
It's another good addition to wild raza priest imo
Non-aggro, you say? I'm pretty sure Face Hunter will use it and will always pick Ring of Tides to copy Aimed Shot. Mid-to-late-game finishers do not need to be all that mana-efficient.
Gonna be real tricky to activate Azshara tho. When you're face hunter, you want to play your spells as soon as possible so Azshara will be very awkward to topdeck.
These Ancient Relics look strangely familiar.... oh wait, WoW legion expansion, they were pretty big objectives there...ah good times...
Love the card. But we just received Kazakus with a similar effect. Would be lovely to honour such a major and powerful character with a relatively new card mechanic.
Giving Naga-cards in your deck a buff or a special gimmick.
I wonder if she have special interactions with N'zoth.
TBF there is a long line of legendary minions that let you choose from ""treasure" cards. The first that comes to mind Arch-Thief Rafaam. I do think it is a little bit overdone at this point but at least the Naga mechanic is tied to her.
Was scared that they'd ruin her. But, turned out pretty well I suppose.
Looks powerful, very flexible and useful in a multitude of decks.
Ring is the one that'll most likely be the biggest payoff since it allows you to double up on a high value spell.
Xal'atath is good as extra burn damage. I couuld see this in Quest Hunter just for the extra lategame burn (although it might just be too slow in that deck)
Horn seems the weakest because it's too random and essentially you'd have to pay 4-mana for the Colossal which you probably can't do on the same turn meaning it's low tempo as well. Only good if you're just looking to throw stats at your opponent.
Tidestone looks like the generic good option if you have no specific plans. It's 1-mana draw 2 after all, and random spells are usually decent.
Also please step on me.
That's gonna be difficult considering she has no feet
Life finds a way
She lacks feet but makes up for it with a mass of tentacles.
Hey, you win some, you lose . . . nothing.
Oh yes. 1 mana Innervate is always the best
