Voyage to the Sunken City Quick Info

  • New Keyword: Colossal!
    • The ocean depths are home to many massive monsters unlike anything you’ve seen before. These giant creatures are too big to fit on one card! Minions with the Colossal keyword come with extra appendages that synergize with their main body in powerful ways. These appendages are summoned with the main body, even if the Colossal wasn’t played from hand.
  • New Keyword: Dredge!
    • Don’t you hate it when the one card you need is at the very bottom of your deck? Not any more! Dredge is a new keyword that lets you look at the bottom three cards of your deck and pick one to bubble up to the top. You can combine these Dredge cards with new Azsharan cards that send a powerful “Sunken” card to the bottom of your deck. Whether it’s sunken treasures, your cool new Legendary, or a well-timed burn spell, Dredge can help you get just what you need.
  • New Tribe: Naga!
    • The cursed Naga join Hearthstone in this underwater adventure. Naga are a spell-focused minion type that often give you bonuses for playing one or more spells while the Naga are in your hand.

Would it be possible to add the minions added to the bottom of the deck / the minions summoned by colossals to into the connected cards section of each cards entry?

Any chance we get an updated Tavern Crawl before the end of the reveal season?
I would add a community bingo to the wish list, but we might be a tad late for that one

I highly doubt they'll print a THIRD N'Zoth this expansion considering there was one in Standard this year. My guess is that they'll keep his presence within the expansion by printing The Fish of N'Zoth instead. If they really wanted to have him they could simply add the old version back to the coreset to mix things up.

REIGN supreme. If you're going to draw attention to yourself with that absurd font size, at least learn to spell correctly.

      Also, you're wrong.

Tbh I am confused about the  whole Colossal dynamic. No idea what it actually means/does.

Colossal minions bring their +X every time they appear on the board. This is different than a Battlecry because it not only when it's Played from hand, but also when summoned from hand or deck (Recruit or effects like Dirty Rat) and they even appear when created from other sources (Evolving, Devolving, Resurrecting). It works like an aura that creates minions.

I think is going to be interesting because we are not used to think of minions working that way, even more in wild with things like Big Shaman or Resurrect Priest. I really can't wait to try them!

Did you watch the reveal video? If you still don't understand it after that, no one can help you.

If I am not mistaken, Colossal +X means that when summoned, this huge chunk of a minion comes with X amount of tokens attached to. Not entirely sure how it'll play out, but in the examples revealed, Colaque is a Colossal +1, meaning that it'll join the board with its plus one token, its shell, in this case a 0/8 with taunt.

The mana cost of the cards is spend but the effects do not go off. No deathrattle or battle cries and the minion body does not enter the state of play. It makes the player waste a move so to speak

Isn't the minion also "destroyed". Like when a spell gets countered it just vanishes form existance. the same should happen to minions.

Yes, when your opponent plays a minion it does *POOF* and dissapears, mana is spent but the cards does not exist anymore anywhere.*

*it does not dissapear from collection
