Update: The card pack drops from today will be the same campaign running during theorycrafting. If you didn't finish it today, you can seemingly visit other Hearthstone streams right now to do so or tune in during the theorycrafting event.
- 2 Packs - Community Theorycrafting Streams (April 5 & 6)
- Americas/EMEA players will pick one of two time slots on April 5, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (PT) or 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (PT)
- APAC players will play on April 6, 2:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. (PT) / 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (KST)
- Twitch Drops will be enabled category wide during the theorycrafting streams, so you can watch whichever Hearthstone stream you’d like.
- 1 Pack - Festival of Legends Live (April 6 & 7)
- Each of the 11 classes is performing an animated musical set in their genre.
- Watch on the official Hearthstone Twitch channel, on April 6 and April 7, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (PT) each day.
That's a total of five three card packs by watching Hearthstone on Twitch prior to the expansion release.

Kodohide Drumkit, this card is what Control Warrior needs. At least I can use this one alongside Blood Razor in Wild if I need to.
I'd be curious to know how they assign rarity to certain cards, with regards of how the feels/drops paradigm is considered.
For example, how is a mediocre card like the Sax Soloist an epic, and the Guitar Soloist (a net superior card in every way, shape or form), just a common?
A couple of years ago, that battle cry would have appeared on a legendary...overpaying a mana or two to tutor out 3 specific cards? now that's value...getting another 1/2 to play on your next turn, maybe...not so much.
Or maybe I'm missing something here?
rarity does not correlate to power, never has.
Usually epics are just the whackier build-around cards while commons and rares are the more basic cards that everyone should have easy access to.
At the end of the day it's all arbitrary anyways.

So if you didn't join the stream exactly when it started, your second pack for the second 30 mins will never get to 100% and be able to be claimed?
no, you got first pack after 15 mins and second after another 15 mins - the timer started for both at same time, one had 15 mins and second one 30 mins
It seems like they didn't communicate this very well.
The packs from this drop also include the theorycrafting streams. It was too good to be true, getting 5 packs.
So if I didn’t complete the second pack, it’ll be available during theorycrafting? Which… cool I guess. I got on halfway through the scheduled 1 hour stream due to work stuff. Thought I had enough time to still get both packs, but then they ended early
That is my assumption with the current info from Twitch. Which is good because the one stream was definitely not enough time for both packs for everyone lol.
But it doesn't work like that. When you hover over the Theorycrafting Drops it has a different date and that's 2 different packs. If you missed today's two packs, they are gone. The drops never worked like that in two separate time periods.
That's what they wrote on the post, but it's not what it shows on twitch. We'll need to wait and see.
