Question About 'Pro Decks'

Are the decks listed on the front page in this section from tournament formats only or also the stuff the pros play on their streams? I ask because most tournament decks are actually pretty bad on ladder.

Are the decks listed on the front page in this section from tournament formats only or also the stuff the pros play on their streams? I ask because most tournament decks are actually pretty bad on ladder.
Some of them are ladder decks too, mostly taken from Twitter. The "Deck Type" box should indicate whether the deck is from a Tournament or Ranked mode.
