Quest troubles

I have a quest to play 6 champions from Shadow Isles or Piltover & Zaun. I played yesterday and managed to get 3 out  of 6 champions and then it stopped counting. Today it is all the same, I'm still on 3/6 and it won't move, doesn't matter how many jinxes or zed I have played.
Similarly, I got a quest today to play 20 demacia units and I'm playing that Jinx/Zed beginner deck and suddenly (in a fifth game or so) it did push that quest to 3/20 without any sense (no demacia units in deck). Anybody experiencing stuff like this and do you know where can I report bugs?

I think I experienced something similar two days ago when I had to play Noxian units, but in one of my games it didn't count any, though after that it continued to count them normally. Haven't had any problems with quests besides that though. By the way, you say that Zed didn't matter for the Shadow Isles or Piltover & Zaun quest but that's because he is an Ionian champion, so maybe that's why the count didn't go up? (Jinx should still count though)

But Jinx still does not work, played 5 games today, and summoned jinx at least two time but it wont budge :/
I guess it some kind of a flaw on their side.

EDIT: After a while (2 hours or so) my quest progress moved while I was playing expedition without any of those 2 factions. I guess it is just really delayed for some reason.

cause zed is a shadow manipulator so shadow isles. it's ok not everyone is familiar with league's lore.

You should contact riot's support if you are impatient, but I am sure they are aware of such bugs by now.. there's a reason this is a beta version.

There's quite a few bugs with different quests from what I've seen. I had one this morning to play 50 cards from Shadow Isles or Piltover/Zaun - it was incrementing despite my deck (expedition deck) having only Demacian and Freljordian cards in it. From the numbers I was seeing, I'm guessing it was incrementing when my opponent played cards from those regions.
