no Champion in lvl 10 Vault?

I may be mistaken but i thought in a rank 10 Vault is at least one champion isnt it?
i just opend mine and i didnt get a single epic or legendary.
is tihs normal and i was just mistaken or shall i enter a ticket?

No guaranteed champs at any level, although sometimes you get lucky.
L10+ give Expedition tokens. A completed expedition (both trials) guarantees at least 1 random champion.

Ok i confused that then. I always had a champ so far and in my first lvl 14 vault it was even two.

I remember hearing that rumor for a while but after a couple of no champion level 13 vaults it looks busted to me. This might have been a beta thing? This sounds like myth that got started somewhere...
Yeah, there's no guarantees for a champion card in your vault. I'm still a bit salty because I only received a single epic in last week's level-13 vault. Yesterday's level-13 yielded 2 epics. Feels rather weak for a vault that's supposed to be the "exciting thing" we wait for every week.
It's not a myth, simply outdated information. Previously, vaults at level 10+ were guaranteed a champion. Now, vaults of that level are guaranteed an Expedition token - and Expeditions always award you with one random champion as an absolute minimum reward. You're still getting the champion (and can get it instantly by just starting the Expedition and then surrendering it) but you have the option for some Expedition fun as well.

That's missing a crucial piece of the puzzle, though: You're limited to 3 expedition rewards per week. With the previous version of the vault, you would've been able to score a guaranteed 4 champions per week (presupposing that you're able to afford the 3 expedition runs without the free token). Now it's just 3.
got lvl 13 chests since the start and only got one champion once. most of the champions u get are from upgraded cards or chests from region unlocks. and expeditions of course.
I mean, sure, but that's just a rate-of-unlock issue, not a level-of-rewards issue.
Personally I'm not really having any issues with the rate of unlocks, but to each their own I guess.

While that might be worse for hard grinders and ppl who can perform well in expeditions consistently, it is way more "casual" friendly. You still get your champ, and you also get a free entry to the expedition, so you are not required to cough up 9k shards to be able to play the mode for free for the rest of the week, but "just" 6k. Honestly, average player might even struggle to do 2 expeditions per week time/shard wise, so having one free entry is pretty good.

While there is no guaranteed Champion card in the vault anymore, it is still possible for cards from each chest to upgrade into a Champion card. One of my epic cards upgraded into a Wild Champion card just today from my Vault.

Yeah, I think its something like 1% chance per capsule (i.e., ~9% for max vault)
I never said I had any issues with it, either. Just pointing out that there's a notable difference with the new model. At least I find 4 guaranteed champions per week instead of 3 quite significant. But as sinti said, this is mainly an issue for the most active of players. Which does include me, but I'm OK with 3 weekly champions.
As I've said in other threads, I hate that their way of adding value to chests is by random upgrades. If I were into slot machines, I'd be playing a slot machine app.
They should be empower the player to make strong choices in building a collection, not drop a random mess in your lap to see what you can cobble together. If you like the latter, that's what Expeditions are for. If you prefer the former, maybe all rewards should be wildcards, in keeping with their cash shop philosophy of no random packs.
Yes, I probably sound like a broken record, but I really think this rewards system was not well planned at all.

Miles better, of course. As I say in other threads, that's a very promising start. I just don't think they put much thought into the details of the region system.

I can say im lucky enough some times so such things happen to me (hearthstone 92 pacjs 12 legendaries) but that chance took ne by surprise
