Unites that say things that make no sense.

It's a small gripe. I love how every unite have voice lines, but some of them need work. Like for example, the Legion Veteran.
He says; "The young fight for glory, I fought for legacy."
Wait, what? So he fought when he was already old? That's a contradicting statement. What is he trying to say?

He is probably implying the current young generation fights(present) for glory, while he fought(past) for legacy when he was young.

This. It isn't a contradiction at all.
When he was young, he did not fight for glory.
No dude, his speech is not mutually exclusive, so its possible he fought for both Legacy and Glory, but Legacy comes first and foremost.
His sentence can be interpreted in a few different ways, but i don't think he meant one is better then the other.
For me, what he is trying to say is:
"Your youngsters can only fight for Glory now because our generation fought for your current legacy".
