What is everyone’s opinion on ARAM?

How are y’all liking ARAM? I think it’s pretty fun, despite some champions (Zed, Heimer, and Anivia) being a little too good. I’ve also noticed that the card buckets seem very random and include some very bad cards (like Lure of the Depths with no Sea Monsters).

Oh also, there’s a rule that Riot didn’t include in the explanation:
”When a champion dies, shuffle a copy of it into your deck”
I think I like it a lot so far. It's fun playing 4 regions because you can go into some bullshit like Leveled Karma into Winter's Breath and then kill their Nexus with double Decimate.
It's perfectly themed as well for the ARAM concept where you get random champions and you are able to reroll them. Then you start with 3 mana, whereas LoL would have your champions start at level 3.
Though there are some things that I don't know if I like or dislike such as the fact that (I believe at least) there are no buckets and it's more of random cards thrown together from your Champions' regions. I got a LeviathanBADCARDNAME when I didn't pick Swain or how I got Puffcap cards when I picked Jinx. I think that this makes Champions that you have to build around weaker than it is, such as [Hearthstone Card (Nautilus) Not Found]BADCARDNAME or [Hearthstone Card (Maokai) Not Found]BADCARDNAME. So basically midrange Champs like Zed, Braum, Garen really strong.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
It's quite addicting and fun. Sure, there are some unbalanced non-games that can make you angry, but those are few. I mean, random toxic cards can ruin your experience sometimes, lol, but combining and making all that wild randomness to work is rewarding and satisfying. Overall, it's a very relaxing game mode (like Tavern Brawl, but better) where I don't need to take things too seriously. The interface, sound and music help, too.
Randomness vs. bucket - is an interesting suggestion...
How many champs you get? Only those 4 at the start? Then shuffled copies only?
Are champs always from different regions? Even after mulligan?
You only get those 4 Champs I believe and yeah they shuffle the copies only when they die and I don't think they get shuffled back when discarded but I have not tested it so...
Also, the Champs aren't always different regions so I think there's a chance where you get 4 Champs from the same region.

I got my opponent to surrender both times I played it, so I say 10/10 lol. I don't like randomized decks, though, so I'll just take my lucky break and walk away with what I got.
more fun than most of HS brawls
I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
I like the idea, but the random cards are too random for my taste.
Someone explain to me how i am suposed to win when i draw stuff like Possession and Jettison in the same game.

It's interesting. They definitely overstated the "cards based around the champions you picked", however--its just random cards from those regions. My first game, I drew/kept Nautilus + Malokai expecting to get a bunch of sea monsters and toss cards, but actually both champions got no support and were unplayable. Meanwhile "always good" champions like Zed, Draven, Katarina, and Hecarim just clean house.
Hopefully they do a better job "bucketing" in the future--probably leverage all their work from Expeditions here.
I don't know what I like better, the game mode or the chill music.
JK it's the music. I play ARAM for the music.
