We know that Kel'thuzad is obviously going to be a major character in the next card set, but are there any other characters you have learned about that you think would be cool t see included in the set? Chances are high that many of the characters will be Hearthstone-original creations, so you can also pitch ideas for original character concepts you think would be fun in this setting for legendaries.
I don't know too much lore about World of Warcraft and especially the Scholomance Academy but I think that I speak for a lot of people when I say I want to see Mr. Bigglesworth as an actual card.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.

I'm right with you there, buddy, lol. I'm also talking about professors for the classes. If you could have a teacher in the WoW/Hearthstone universe to teach you any kind of magic, what sort of character would it be?
I was expecting them to go full Hearthstone with the legendaries but then they revealed Rattlegore so...maybe they'll do a bit of both? I'm fine with any dungeon boss becoming a card (preferably the Barovs, Ras Frostwhisper and Gandling). I'm definitely assuming they won't include Doctor Theolen Krastinov as that character is kinda dark for Hearthstone's standards.
Yeah, dungeon bosses are a real possibility, and one I would love to see. You're right about that one guy, though. I kind of hope they don't put him in because I'd prefer to not have to get graphic in my lore articles explaining who he is, lol.
With the game board being a 50/50 split between 'nice' school upstairs and the dark Scholomance proper, and class legendaries also seeming to be a 50/50 split between dual-class and mono-class, I would guess all the dual-class leg.s are new HS characters (or in any case I don't personally know enough teachers in Warcraft lore to know who to hope for), while the mono-class leg.s are the dungeon bosses.
Of the dungeon bosses, the only one I know an obvious class association with is Lilian Voss, and I'd be happy to see her make a return. Otherwise, I am down with whichever of these the can fit neatly into HS. To be honest I was surprised to see Rattlegore with the whole skeleton censorship in China which they could easily have avoided by not using the skeleton boss (which is why I assumed Lord Marrowgar was skipped in KotFT).
Regarding some of these being a bit too dark for HS, I would argue Scholomance itself is a bit too dark for HS. If they can turn one of the darkest parts of Warcraft lore into a school of witchcraft and wizardry, I wouldn't think individual characters are immune to being re-painted in bright HS colours.

Good catch. Blizzard dressed Rattlegore, so he is not a visible skeleton, thus he is OK for china.
Tbh, I can't think of any lore character related to Scholomance I'd like to see printed. I never liked the extremely morbid atmosphere of the WoW dungeon.
However, many cool characters lived or roamed the Plaguelands before the Scourge came, including a younger Tirion Fordring and his family. But also Alonsus Faol (for Priest) and all the other original knights of the Silver Hand, including Uther himself.
As for new characters, I'd really like to see a Witch for Mage/Shaman, a Witch-Doctor for Warlock/Priest, and some sort of Dark Druid (related to Autumn and Winter).

Could he be the core card of the "Cat" archetype they hinted a while ago?
"Cats will feature in an upcoming archetype somehow. (Source, Source)"
I would like to see Jandice Barovas a Rogue/Mage Legendary. I think she would fit perfectly with the stealth/mirror image theme. Here's the Lore, Source WoWWiki:Jandice Barov was once an archmage of Dalaran and a powerful illusionist. In life, she developed a spell that "displayed several images of her body that were nearly indistinguishable from her real form.
Also, Ras Frostwhisper looks like a very interesting character (very similar to Kel'Thuzad). Hope to see him as a Mage/Shaman or Neutral Legendary.

Be funny to see the return of Wilfred Fizzlebang and have him summon a random demon for your enemy or something.

And a legendary Totem/Idol for Shaman/Druid ktnx.
I would like to see Helcular, and some of the members of the scarlet crusade(you can see a hint about their tabard in one of the future reveals)
