Odd Questline Druid

Purpose of the deck is basically to play Tank. You tank everything until you can actually go face to face.

Continuous Armor gain is lowkey fundamental to delay the game in your favor against Aggro.

These are optional cards in the deck and this is how you might replace them:

Spirit of the Raptor > Fungal Fortunes

Teacher's Pet > Entangling Roots

Beees! > Feral Rage

No need for Hadronox + Naturalize unless the meta slows down considerably (unlikely).

Overall a good deck to fight Aggro and decent at overwhelming some slower decks.

  • I just brought this deck to Legend.

In the end I abandoned token build in favor of maximum feral damage: much better in a QL Warlock and QL Hunter meta.

  • A card that worked very well for me is Witching Hour, since Guff the Tough is a beast and you're pretty much guaranteed to get him relatively soon. You'd have to cut BEEEES!!! though, since those are also beasts.

The deck I'm playing is quite different, it has more of a top-end and doesn't use tokens. It's nice that such different takes on Odd Questline Druid are possible.

  • Updated the deck with Questline, Squirrel and Fangbound. Included Bees for an extra defensive kick, given the slower QL start.

Alexstrasza and Albatross are still interesting options.

  • Was looking for a Druid to get to D5 and win my last 60 matches to get my golden Malfurion, this looks interesting! Thanks!

  • Seems interesting, did you play this decklist at higher diamond ranks? I will test ist, just replayced one Secure the Deck with a Leeroy Jenkins for testing (don't have a second Secure the Deck).

    • Leeroy is absolutely fine.

I have some playtesting against some meta decks at D5 and it proved fair enough, but no extensive results at higher ranks after the expansion hit (so many ideas to try).
