My comments on the new cards;

- Predation might actually be the card tempo dhunter needs in order to exist. Basically if half your deck is made of nagas then this is just an unnerfed eye beam sans the lifesteal. We have all seen how that card performed in the 1 week before it got nerfed. Granted this is harder to activate, but 0 mana deal 3 cannot be ignored.

- Urchin Spines is your replacement professor slate. Will it be enough for quest hunter? Because this card essentially does nothing before the quest is completed, and there may not be enough draw to justify more than 1 copy of it

- Hydralodon is a cool card but its powerlevel is a bit varied for me given that the big head only has 5 health. But whatever the case, the board will mostly be clean when its down, so your opponent has to skirt past this carefully or they'd summon more 3/1 heads that will certainly go face next turn.

- Rogue has some of the best cards it seems. Swordfish is completely broken, Gone Fishin' is a cheap draw engine, Swiftscale Trickster basically allows unimaginable amounts of mana cheat with Shadowstep. Looks like hooktusk wouldn't be the real threat after all.

- Druid does druid things. At least there's no more 2 mana ramp. Let's see if team5's smart enough not to bring Overgrowth into core.

- Forged in Flame might end up as one of warrior's best cards this expansion. Much needed card draw, and all that is needed now would be a high attack weapon in core.

- There's going to be some crazy combo with From the Depths and finley. Can smell it a mile away.

- Neutrals feature a 1 mana 1/3 naga (which is predictable given the number of naga synergies), and plenty of mech support. Perhaps we wont be getting magnetic after all, because they've basically printed something close to Zilliax in Sunken Sentinel

Meh? I'm not sure if Naga decks will be in a hurry to put this in, but then again, there are a few DH and Hunter damage cards that want a Naga to be played first so while boring, it still sees play.

I know this is meant to be salty thread, but I figured I might add a bit. I personally am frustrated with Shamans "Snowball Effect". Even if there are rare times when there are 10 minions on board with at least more than 4 health each, the effect is too random to hit all of them without killing any. I was trying for two months now, but my mental health has higher priority, so I finally gave up, leaving the achievement at 8/10 forever.

I was lucky with YoggChamp achievement though, long time ago, due sheer luck. Can´t really remember all the details, but I had my Oh My Yogg! active, my opponent played 1 cost spell that changed to Eye for an Eye, leaving me at low health. He had lethal next turn anyway, so I attacked him with my wee minion just for fun, which ofc ended with my death. To my huge surprise, the YoggChamp achievement procked. Looking back, it kinda makes sense - Oh My Yogg! transformed to Eye for an Eye, which killed me in the end. Hearing your story, I´m so glad I goofed around instead of just passing my turn. Maybe try to do the achievement in Duels, people tend to be silly or even BM more, taking games less seriously, risking more. That´s where I did all of my achievements with no drawback.

I mean, it's certainly a Hydra.  I think the clear along with the many small minions left over is strong, however, it don't quite see what deck this would be run in.  Love the design, name, and flavor, and I hope it finds its place though.

I am pretty hesitant on the Handbuff direction for Murlock, but with Twin-fin Fin Twin, it could very well be what the deck wants.

Yeah, the task change is really nice. I'm not as far as you regarding the tasks (currently 43,87% of all tasks cleared), but now I can focus on the interesting ones (Balinda) and the ones that give packs.

There are still good token druid card left, however, I don't think the deck will be as strong.  If it is, though, this card will be the reason why.  Might cause druids to run more minions in their token decks over spells atleast.

A really strong opener for Murlock, and they're going to need it.

ADORABLE.  Also pretty good follow up to Fandral Staghelm, if you are going for a tempo choose 1 deck (though I wonder if the otters or orca would be summoned first?)

I don't think this will be great, but maybe in some sort of ramp druid it can be run?  Even still, big stats on turn 7 aren't going to win you the game, even with taunt.

I don't know if Piranha Shaman will be a thing, but at least it's nice aggro support? I guess?

Cariel is already good with the exact equipment im PVE. Thrall, Galvangar, Garrosh, Xyrella, Geddon all buffed! But this is also the list of the most powerful PvE Mercs. Why do the buff strong characters? Yes, I know obviousely for PvP but imho there should be distinct characters to be strong in each mode.

This card can be run in any deck you want.  Pull combo pieces, get sunken cards, even just thin your deck.  Super powerful card, will be a staple of every deck.

Agreed. I think part of their issue is that they made it equipment that needed upgrading 3 times to get to tier 4, and if they reduce it to a speed increase of (2) they'll have to change it to start at tier 3. It's something of a non-issue in my mind: just give players the 250 Valeera coins they wouldn't have needed to fully upgrade it and just change the damn thing. It fuels the excess coin problem further, but that's hardly worth screwing over PvP for.

Seems super fillery to me. Sure it's great tempo, deal 3 and have a 5/5 to crash into something else, but otherwise I'm not seeing a home for this.

Nice to see Dormant come back, but I don't think this card is good unless you drop it on turn 1-2.  Awful top deck, plus having to spend 5 more mana to get it to awaken is alot.

I do not see the synergy with this card.  At best, its a 0 mana 5-5, which honestly isn't even that strong anymore.  Antisynergy with Celestial Alignment, and not much with the tempo side of naga midrange.

Yep, they are really milking the proverbial cashcow here...

They are basically monetizing an animation's work that should already be priced in the whole expansion development cost...

At least, there's an option for buying it in gold.

That being said, I guess you have to also consider the consumer mindset... There's actually people who would protest :

- If it was not available at all.

- If it were cheap. Because somehow, it's a way to say "I am a die hard Horde player". So lessening its price would lessen the "die hard" part.

If you know you cannot please everyone, I guess it's logical to try to make the most out of it.

Really going to be the main reason why Pirate Rogue will be consistent. Draw is good!
