Very hard to say honestly. Wild doesn't feel so bad right now imho with the exception of APM Mage. They could do something about the mechanic if Ignite or just deliver the long overdue nerf to Sorcerer's Apprentice. I'd welcome something creative as well: let's try and make SA and Ice Block legendarys! Maybe Hunter and Warrior get their questlines nerfed to 3 ticks for each stage, that might slow them down enough for other decks to breath.
Other than that, I'm convinced Defias Cannoneer is completely OP and will get nerfed one day.
Cloak of Shadows - Cost up to 4 mana. Cloak into Cloak into Scabbs is not something that should be allowed to happen.
Shadowcrafter Scabbs - Not sure Team 5 will nerf a Hero card so close to Alterac day 1, but there's a chance. If I were in charge of the devs, I'd wait some time and see if the nerfs to Gnoll and Cloak worked out, without risking to kill a class.
Incanter's Flow - Cost up to 4 mana. Printing this card was just wrong...

Balance in a game like this shouldn't only be used for fixing broken stuff and powering up what's weak. It should be used also for the fun factor, for how frustrating is to play always against that same card or deck. This has been done in the past. Not something new what I say.

I like the decklist a lot overall, however I do have one suggestion to consider.
Specifically, I would recommend replacing Living Seed (Rank 1) with Capture Coldtooth Mine. The reason is, right now if you draw Gonk before Living Seed you will have 2 do nothing spells in your deck. Using Capture Coldtooth Mine, you will be able to tutor out Gonk anyway but if you have drawn it already, or you’ve used the first copy of the card, you will be able to use the second one to tutor out Wildheart Guff. Even though you won’t get the beast discount anymore, the Guff tutoring will allow you to ramp more mana early and consistently and will still be better in my opinion.

It matters, but only up to a point. We Brits experience a lot of different accents, all pronouncing words a bit differently, but still generally understand what everyone means. That's exaggerated even more when you work with people from across the globe as I do. I'm not going to 'correct' people every time they pronounce something differently but I still understood what they meant. What would be the point? They successfully communicated what they wanted to communicate, which is all that really matters in the end.
In your pasties example getting the wrong sound for the 'a' matters because it changes the interpretation, but people will know exactly what you mean whichever of the 2 common pronunciations of gif you use. For all intents and purposes both pronunciations are correct since they both achieve the same thing (heck, they even both trigger people trying to be pedantic in favour of the other option :P). It's only a matter of time before 'gif' joins 'scone' as a word with 2 fully accepted pronunciations that people will argue over just for the fun of it.

Also, there are some words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean two very different things. Pasties (rhyming with "nasties") are meat pies in a pastry crust, originating from the UK. Pasties (rhyming with "tasties") are small adhesives worn by exotic dancers to cover their nipples.
If you go into a London pub and ask for the wrong pasties, you might have a bad experience.

We have seen a massive number of decks drop to a barely playable winrate like 51%
So I'll list only the decks that are currently 53% and higher, yes the list is kinda scuffed.

Oh wow I was 1 percent off the top of my head and thats an aggregate I probably saw a list specific score.
I don't mean to nitpick, but in this case I think it matters that you weren't 1% off, you were 2% off. That puts Plunder Midrange at the cutoff you set out in your original post for decks that remain relevant.
It's certainly not the best aggregate win rate you'll see on Mobalytics, but in any healthy metagame you wouldn't expect to see aggregate win rates exceeding around 55% or so anyway, so it's perfectly respectable.
Also saying you don't have to be a genius to build Ekko to only realize that rhe deck has like a 48% winrate.
You would have to be a genius to pilot a list to masters with Ekko in it. Do you guys even think about the words you write prior to posting?

Another suggestion if you do go for that which may improve card draw and Gonk and Guff tutoring even further:
Add Jerry Rig Carpenter which will be able to tutor out one of the 4 Choose One cards in your deck.
I’d cut Branching Paths bc you have more than enough armor and you don’t have many minions so I ended up almost always using it for card draw anyway.
