You're not playing this in Quest Mage. That deck plays too many cards with targets, and if you play this then you're relying on those randomly cast spells hitting good targets.
You play this in a deck with very specific spells that don't have targets like Grand Finale or Counterspell.
You probably don't play Varden in the same deck as the quest, since they have opposite goals. Sorcerer's Gambit wants you to play a lot of spells of all 3 schools, whereas with Varden you want to specifically play spells that are good when you recast them (randomly). Probably good in elemental mage where you play a lot of minions and few spells, but elemental mage has never been a very good deck.
As far as I know the beast pool for Deathstalker Rexxar is limited to the beasts that were in Standard when the death knights rotated. For other cards that generate random beast cards Explosive Trap would be useful though.
I think this card is balanced despite the "charge" keyword.
I don't think this will be good in aggro, mid range, or initiative focused decks as a finisher. The condition to set this up since to contradict the general game plan of those decks, specifically, gain board and smack your opponent. A gain armor pass turn doesn't work. It also has a great synergy with Frozen Buckler which these decks don't run.
If this sees play, it will be more likely in a control/resource focused deck as a finisher or threat.
You could play a weapon on turn 4 and still have something to do on turn 5.
I think the value in the late game is actually fine: you are going to get a ~3 mana discount on a big demon and on the turn that the sigil resolves you have all your mana available, so you can put down multiple threats at once which your opponent might not be able to deal with.
This is so far my personal favorite underdog card. I'm dying to see this one work. What works against it is a complete reliance on early game minions or some very less-occuring spell that you are ok taking a stat loss with. But oh my, oh my, Wouldnt it be fun to cast a 5 mana Iceblood Tower and see the fireworks go off.... That's the dream and if the meta is slow enough it might be real. In Arena avoid at all cost- it means your picks get worse by one card you aren't even sure to pull. (No thank you to 6 mana 1/3 draw 2, make those cards bad...)
This will be a deck people play just for the fun factor which is awesome.
When the battlecry resolves, Cera'thine is on the board, so she won't transform herself. Therefore it shouldn't matter exactly when the unmask happens, since you played a rogue card in any case.
Edit: Sorry, I didn't realize you were talking about what "other classes" means exactly. I thought you wanted to avoid unmasking.
Why is Maestra an obvious inclusion though? You'll get the Warlock hero power 1 out of 9 times, but other than that I don't see any real synergy.
One possible deck would be about half cheap spells and half 5+ mana minions and then run Vanndar Stormpike as well.
A different approach would be to run only 2-4 mana minions and Taelan Fordring. In particular Encumbered Pack Mule would be great in such a deck: play it early vs aggro, keep it in hand for a later tempo swing against slower decks.
Constructed: Meant to be cheated out early by cards like Clumsy Courier or Balinda Stonehearth. But still, what are you doing in the turns prior to that? I can only hope it's going to be viable.
If you're right then I would be thrilled. I wouldn't mind quest mage if it was a little more in the control direction...and if they got rid of infinite face damage with ignite.

If [Hearthstone Card (Ziliax) Not Found] has taught us anything, a card doesn't have to be flashy to be pretty good.
And this seems pretty good. Not outstanding, but the weapon is great and the hero power is above average.

It has no spell school

Elemental Mage was fantastic in KotFT, but I assume when you say Elemental Mage you mean something like Elemental Shaman.

Possibly Zoolock too, with Backfire and Hullbreaker. Maybe go really fancy and throw in Altar of Fire and Neeru Fireblade as well.

New Mage Spell - Iceblood Tower
This spell won't be casted on full cost.
Will be played with these cards: Magister Dawngrasp, Balinda Stonehearth, Rune of the Archmage, Grey Sage Parrot, Clumsy Courier, Celestial Ink Set.
I wonder if objective effects overlap, say you re-trigger this with Grey Sage Parrot, will it cast 2 spells at the end of the turn?
New Mage Minion - Balinda Stonehearth
This card has big spell mage written all over it.
The pieces are already coming together: Magister Dawngrasp, Iceblood Tower, Rune of the Archmage, Grey Sage Parrot, Clumsy Courier, Deepwater Evoker, Celestial Ink Set.
Good riddance Quest Mage (hopefully)

Ah, you're right! I guess I saw it and just assumed it was a "lasts 3 turns" spell. Will edit!

The "At enemies" part makes it seems like it could be only targeted spells? But I have no clue.

It's a sigil, not an objective, so it only lasts one turn.
New Demon Hunter Spell - Sigil of Reckoning
This will probably push Big DH into true competitive viability, together with Proving Grounds, Caria Felsoul, and Vanndar Stormpike. Cheating out an Illidari Inquisitor with this on turn 6 is f'cking nuts. I'm excited to try this out.

New Shaman Minion - Cheaty Snobold
Arena: Especially nice with along with some frost spells, but not essential since it already has a vanilla statline.
Constructed: Best Frost Shaman card after Snowball Fight!. Mandatory card for that deck.

Someone had mentioned it pulling Illidari Inquisitor and I am not looking back. Big DH is suddenly a very promising deck archetype.
