In the law system of my country, companies are liable for whatever their employees do that is against the law - as long as the managers and such were aware of it or took actions that supported the wrongdoings (including failure to act). Basically, it's called complicity and the company will have to pay a fine directly proportional to the severity of the crime, while the people who knew or did the stuff face penal charges.
Probably in the US law system it's something similar (even though it's completely different from the one i know).
Just wanted to explain why companies are liable for what their employees do - it's the law :)
From a moral/philosophical point of view, any company, through its board of directors/etc, is the only one able to combat certain crimes within itself. Imagine not having an HR department to complain to for harassment, or them not doing anything. It's the higher-ups that can do something about it.
It's either that or the justice system will take action against the company (because as an employee you have no say in how the company is run or organised, nor should you!) => loss of money through a huge fine and a chance to even forcefully close it if its sole purpose became to commit crimes. The loss in PR is also huge, which means even more lost revenue. That's why companies SHOULD take action and solve these issues internally.
Sorry I missed this yesterday - I'm not usually around very much on Saturdays.
Just for public awareness since I did respond via PM, this issue has been resolved. Apparently our API likes to freak out if a card is missing an expansion. We'll have to get this fixed because there is no reason that should kill parts of the site.
We are facing a giveaway (a lottery basically) of a pack every day, whose total amount is finite and is limited to an indeterminate amount of packs to give.
I mean, there is no certainty of getting nor a single pack, or am I wrong?
I took it as a given they would try to veer players, who know little or nothing at all firsthand, from the allegations (despite their open letter being even more vile and disrespectful than I expected).
The fact they're treating their own employees as stupid, uninformed people by saying the lawsuit is factually false as numerous accounts, including recorded ones, continue to surface, is baffling to me. I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish but pretty sure nothing positive will come of it.
Right now the issue is that npc is impossible to click upon, surrounded by avatars with the big head that completely cover him, can you put some area around him where people can't enter so that we may click him ?
Yup, I finally managed to load the game and can't click on him either. Even tried to log a bug report and that failed saying cannot send report, please try again later.
If you have a friend whos more than willing to help, you can get that person to do this for you. There's no account link here, just get your friend to share the code with you when its done. Redeem via battlenet, that's really the only connection there is to your hearthstone account.
Its weird to see a Co-Founder of Blizzard reacts with respect and will to change the company, while the official statement of Acitivision Blizzard just deny the lawsuit.
Nice words from him. I hope he can change things that go wrong in this company.
I'd like a free pack but there's no way I'll be able to get this one. I'm on mobile, on a shitty satellite internet connection that disconnects me for a moment every 2 turns in Hearthstone (which is already a game that uses very little data). Loading an unoptimised browser MMO - seems impossible. I won't have access to a normal connection until after Dreamhack has ended. I wish there was a way to claim the pack from the homepage or something that doesn't require high specs for people like me.
2 Stars, so far it looks like a good card, the problem is that I don't think it does anything that Warrior wants to do. While better stated than the Portal Demons from Rise of Shadows, at least those had 2/2 Rush tokens, while the tokens from this are only just 2/1 Mechs. Warrior doesn't have a lot of board buffs, the tokens die to any Whirlwind effects that you're probably play to squeeze out as many tokens from the Shredder in the first place, they're not minions that are added to the hand to get buffed by Conditioning (Rank 1).
Maybe if Warrior's quest is something like "Summon 3 different Tribes", this might be good, but as is it's powerful in Arena, not so much for Constructed.
Its primary function would be to trigger frenzy or damage related keywords.
As a removal option, its interesting but perhaps a little to optimistic to assume this card would ever clear your opponent's board while leaving a minion intact. Even something as robust as Moonfang can only take 3 hits, and with a clutch buff only 5 hits.
Another problem is likely that the effect triggers from the earliest played minion first, similar to Trueaim Crescent. Since your opponent controls this and not yourself, its never really going to take trades as you prefer it.
But the fact that you can use this as a removal or a trigger, and it being both tradeable and 0 mana, I've no doubt this will see play one way or another.

He's got an admin Tag. His IP was probably pinged in the system, or it was intuition since so many people downvoted it.

I found the goblin but he's unclickable under the mass of avatars around him.
This is stupid (or I'm stupid), why didn't they place him behind the bar with Bob?

[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
Partly. There are two cards, and the answer is a mashup of sorts, thus the addition.
Edit: clarification

Sen'jin Shieldmasta

Its primary function would be to trigger frenzy or damage related keywords.
