I was not a fan of this. Without this guide, there was no chance in hell I would have figured out any of it. I love solving puzzles, but this? Playing 5 specific cards, then navigating these bizarre scenarios without any explanation? And they were so tedious and repetitive! I feel like this could have been a really neat and fun experience, but it was just annoying and confusing.
Irelia / Az seems crazy strong I drew the exact cards I thought would counter it and got annihilated anyways. I had the blocks for the blade dances. I didn’t have the blocks for stacking elusive. If they got buffed for the first three units summoned it would be fine but as it stands now it feels very powerful. I guess the numbers don’t support that though

About power level, yeah, it's pretty high, but that is totally on pourpose. I like high power level, and on my last expansion (Dawn of the Apocalypse) I felt like I holded its power level too much and ended unsatisfied, so on this one, I just said "You know what? Fuck it, I'll leave them as they are and nerf later if necessary" ( just like developers are doing on recent expansions,lol). Anyway, thanks again, and keep rockin!

One suggestion only - I would remove Twinspell from Geezer's options because it was spell-only effect originally and having it on the minion hurts my sense of integrity. On the other hand I would add Adapt. Is there any particular reason why the latter is missing ?
Yea I'm with Marega on this one, I understand localisation takes time, especially for 15 languages but that just comes across as an excuse as to why they haven't disclosed the exact cards targeted with nerfs/buffs via twitter. Why do we have to wait for the patch notes all of a sudden? I want to know the exact changes so I can start theorycrafting new decks that might see play (especially in Shaman). A great example is the great unnerffing where Alec gave informal but legit card changes weeks before the patch went live.
Doesn't look very cool to me either. What really confuses me is that Second Dinner is working on a Marvel game as well. Doesn't make much sense to give out the licenses to two competing studios, does it?
As a fellow metalhead I can only congratulate you for this awesome expansion. The amount of detail you have put into these cards is crazy, the art is super flavorful and streamlined, the additional stuff at the end super cool (pack opener!). I'd gladly preorder just for the flavor!

My thought is, why Hearthstone decided to use emotes at all, if it's gonna be like what @Modalko said? Why not stick with casual chat? The platform obviously can support it. If it turns out that the opponent is toxic, then mute them, (or better, report them)
Sticking with emote is not a friendly way to say hi, or say thanks to someone without being taken as sarcastic. (And it happened often enough)
The problem for me isn't that I am getting BM'd, but rather when I want to do the opposite and my opponent thinks I am BM'ing. It just sucks knowing someone thinks I was being a jerk.

As usual with buying packs for HS, the value is in being able to play the legendaries in something that's not just "cookie-cutter meta".
I don't recall using any heavy words such as that, merely pointing out the fact. There were people who got it for $7 and more who would've bought it for that price, but not for $10. So discounts do matter, and Hearthstone is pretty bad at offering them even for dated cosmetics. The steep pricing of most deals is its own separate subject, and it also depends on your location (certain regions get really hurt by extremely unfavorable Euro/Dollar conversions).
The people that got it for $7 got it during the pricing mistake, right? It wasnt a discount....it was an error on Blizz's part. Did they take away their purchase? I didnt hear it. People just got in when it was their advantage. We all know the price it should have been. HS IS bad at offering discounts on old content - agreed. Region to region costs have never been apples and oranges since the dawn of time.

Let's be honest. If all the nerfs and buffs are settled in the dev's minds, what kind of drawback is there for them to simply let the community know earlier before the patch hits? Its not like its never been done before.
I've wanted that Khadgar portrait ever since it was first released -- so glad it's now available for gold!
I believe this only leaves Sir Annoy-o and Horseman Uther as the last portraits which you could only get by spending money, which means the portraits that came with expansion megabundles (Mecha-Jaraxxus, Madame Lazul, etc.) might not be too far off...
I also got the Standard bundle, so for those keeping stats, I got a single epic (golden) in my packs, and The Nameless One as my legendary (I don't have Xyrella, so I'll probably try him instead in my priest decks).
And in other freebie news, a code for 2000XP "ExperimentalOverload", maybe for all of the server delays this weekend (Historic Brawl + Arena Open -> server meltdown).
And today, a sort of stealth Stonks. 500 free gold, but instead of being on the left where you see it by default they stuck it on the right. Free stuff is great, but now I will feel obliged to look at the deals every day, even when what I see is just some stale ol' cosmetic.
