Wide board buffs will always at some point be relevant, so I'm not counting this one out yet. Its slow at 5 + a trigger. But the core set has been geared towards tempo so the game is likely slow enough that this card can actually work.
Expect to see some unconventional ways of triggering the frenzy of this card. Maybe rogue, because its the only class that currently has a 0 mana activator in backstab.
On its own, its just too slow and your opponent will likely kill everything on board before going for this card.
With Animated Broomstick and the augmerchants, this card suddenly became a lot more consistent, but its a turn 6 play, and it requires you to already have a board or otherwise its all wasted.
So many conditions for this card to actually be good. But there's definitely stuff you can do with it. If you can consistently drop tokens on board then this card is a legit threat, and stuff like Backstab can be used in a pinch to activate it the same turn you play it. I can see some use for it.
It looks like Blizzard is brewing up a Taunt package for druids, but I don't think it's going to make a big splash and this card is way too slow and unreliable to help it succeed.

Really bad... because control decks can't have their removal cards burned

Well i guess they're trying to make weapon rogue a more control archetype

Looks good, shaman might have the better use of this for now

Seems a little high costed to me, since it's not an immediate effect.
But time will tell.

I mean, ringmaster didn't see any play... but hunter doesn't have much card draw so we'll see
