Frost Nova with a body and sometimes can give damage if you can freeze than before playing Varden

On the homepage there is a separate section for card discussion and other threads. On the Hearthstone portal there is only one spot for all of the threads, but if you go to the main page with all of the games you can see more threads. 

The fact that it freezes everything and develop a 3/3 is decent enough. Its a stall card though, I just don't think it'll fit into other decks. Dealing 4 damage to a frozen minion is kinda an extra that's only occasionally useful.

Flurry (Rank 1) is still the better card in both stall and tempo, in my opinion.

What do you mean "so much for"? This is exactly why they had to rotate Frost Nova and Blizzard. It wasn't because they were ditching that part of the Mage identity. I'm not sure why anyone would believe that.

I'm a little surprised they added back a board-wide freeze, but it's on a legendary, so it's less of a big deal.

A Frostnova or a Flame Strike- good either way for 4mana

Got rid of Frost Nova and Blizzard only to print cards more or less like them. One day every card in mage's hand in wild will just be freeze effects

This card will only ever be prized for the freeze all effect rather than the damage. But with Flurry (Rank 1) being so handy, its likely to end up in combo decks as stall rather than played as a tempo option.

Freezing the whole board isn't bad. If nothing else it will see play for that. If you are able to combo this with the upgrading mage spell though, the effects could be devastating.

...You DO realize that they are adding 9 extra deck slots sometime soon, right? That joke doesn't really work anymore.

With Rush minions, this dude can really take control of a board, and since Hunter doesn't have particularly good draw, pulling from deck shouldn't be an issue. 4/5

Excellent. Glad Flurry was revealed first so we'd have an idea of what it can synergize with.

YES This goes so well with the new Mage ranked spell, Freeze Mage was my favourite classic deck, can't wait to try this guy out. 5/5

So much for rotating Frost Nova

So with card reveal season in full swing, I've noted that in the "Recent Threads" section is filled with nothing but card discussion. While this isn't bad or anything, I feel that it should have its own tab next to "Recent Threads" and "New Threads" that way it's dedicated and doesn't bury other threads being posted that aren't about a new card being discussed.

For example, I posted a new concept a week or so ago and a few users were commenting on every card they could so I don't know how many people saw what I posted because it was buried so far down in the forums, and I didn't want to self bump because that would have been pretty audacious.

Once you get the coin, you can disenchant the cards. Coin won't disappear from your collection.

I'll go against the grain and say this card is very average. The stats are decent, although not distributed the way hunters want traditionally. Ideally, you'd want a midrange rush beast to follow up, but I can't think of any in Standard at the moment, and I get the feeling it might be a while before we see some.
