These days, most cards need to be more than just a pile of stats. Priest of An'she is just a pile of stats, unfortunately. In fact, it's a conditional pile of stats, and the condition is pretty passive.
It's similar to Mark of Y'Shaarj, give a minion +2/+2, if it fits a certain requirement add a card to your hand. This seems slightly worse however since beasts lean more towards an aggressive strategy and can appreciate the buff more, whereas taunts lean towards a slower strategy where you would rather play something more impactful than a 2/2 buff. However, Mark of the Spikeshell does give you a copy of a specific minion, meaning you can utilize it more to do crazy things. If nothing else I will have fun using this to copy Greybough.
I use this site called outof.cards, it has some pretty cool meme decks. Would be nice if more people would submit theirs though ;) besides that, Chump on youtube always has great meme decks. RegisKillbin also plays a bunch.
Of all the upgrading cards, this seems to be one of the weakest in it's base form. But after turn 5 it becomes very powerful. I would like to see some cool freeze synergy stuff to make freeze decks more dynamic and interesting, and a 0 mana spell that freezes a small number of things is good since it doesn't completely prevent the opponent from doing things on their turn, but it also makes it easy for you to utilize your synergy.
Not impactful enough, you're not gonna run Desperate Prayer just to activate this and on 7 mana with Hero Power it's way too slow.
Control Priest will absolutely run Desperate Prayer, with or without this card. (But probably with.)
I really don't think so, it's just not impactful enough by itself and priest doesn't have enough draw to justify running low-impact cards. Maybe some kind of miracle priest, but that would not run Priest of An'she. But I'm happy to be proven wrong!

Interesting card, very specific card draw.
Unfortunately too slow to be widely played in my opinion.
The card has some potential, but otherwise, I think it can be better in a combo deck. Or rather some control-combo.
