Looking forward to try to put a Deathrattle Priest together that isn't pure Convincing Infiltrator cancer. Maybe it will even be possible to brew a semi-competitve Deathrattle-Shadowform deck together :-)
Your arguments look very reasonable and while the loss of flavor is sad, I understand the necessity of making space for Expansion cards (which is what ultimately keeps the game alive). What really worries me though is where that train of thought leads us. The design space getting available now has not been used before because a) the rotating cards were better or b) the rotating cards had too strong synergies with potential new cards. If it is option b) in a majority of cases, Wild will see an interesting year to say the least.
Here is why comparing Le blanc to Zed is not working: Zed comes with the ability to clone himself before he levels up and he does it at gemspeed for 0 mana... do you even realize HOW terrible lb is? She is still a worse Zed after you've dealt 30 damage... and unlike ionia noxus can't protect lb at all... this sets whole new standards for the worst LoR champions of all time it's even worse than pre-rework Kalista
U should be able to dust ur golden dupes of basic cards but i can be wrong. Are basic rotating too?
And since everyone with Wild unlocked will automatically get all regular and golden Basic cards at rotation (info here, Introducing the Legacy Set section), that's 14,300 dust from just the golden Basic cards, which is 100 dust short of being able to craft 9 legendary cards.
Thanks for pointing out the source, but I'm still not convinced that we'll be able to disenchant the golden Basic cards. If you look closely, they are
a) stressing that Classic cards will be craftable and disenchantable - that statement wasn't made when it comes to Basic cards;
b) explicitely telling us that Golden Demon Hunter Initiate cards will be craftable and disenchantable - those cards are otherwise treated the same as Basic cards in this sentence, so logic tells me that Basic cards and regular Demon Hunter Initiate cards can't be disenchanted.
I usually count myself among the optimists, but I really don't expect Blizzard giving away so much dust.
IKR I think she should have a decoy at least, when she is summoned she summons a 5/2 token with ephemeral that does no damage, but your opponent doesn't know which one is which.. that would be faithful for her in league.
it would implement her passive and serve as a defensive element she lacks..
TBH with all other champions being a good hit in game play to card translation I am more willing to forgive this miss.
Sure you say it: lb is a units, a follower unit. she is not even close to the standards of what a champion should/can be and nobody would prefer her over Draven or Riven
I mean this card would makes sense... IN ANY REGION BUT NOXUS
Like... noxus has no means to protect lb and lb dies to any removal/combat trick... of cause Riot... I always wanted to use a championslot for a high risk low reward champion that 3/4 games just dies to a Mystic Shot...
PS: Riot we have the march 1st not April 1st just in case you did not notice
I sm disappointed with how they implemented her. In the lore an in LoL she is the big trickster character, always plotting, rulling from the shadows, manipulating everyone.
In Legends of Runeterra, she go face. She is the most aggresively statted champ so far. I get she is an assassin, but she is also a mage.
Flavor aside, she seems super weak too. 15 damage is not so easy but if you get her early on the board then maybe. But after that, she does nothing! You need to basically level her up AGAIN to get Mirror Image. And she need to be on the board as well. She has 3 hp, no defensive keywords. At least Sivir has spellshield.
The region pairing doesn't seem great either. They want Shurima and Noxus but so far both have pretty bad protection tools. They can reduce enemy attack and have some board clears sure, but no Deny or health buffs.
LeBlanc doesn't even fit great into her own archetype. I don't see why you would want to copy an ally at slow speed, especially after the difficult method to get that spell in the first place. She will get played for stats alone, the level up as a nice, occasional upside.
Honestly Darius seems like a better fit into the Reputation deck along with all the Trifarian 5+ attack synergy. Only issue is that he is a finisher just like Sivir.
Without reputation this card is terrible and with reputation it might be very good in fringe decks but i have no idea if these fringe decks will be good at activating reputation... it's like a Three Sisters in extremely clunky and I don't see why riot gave noxus so many niche cards that hardly will find more than 1 home...
Thats a decent draw spell. The question is if reputation decks need to draw 2 for 2 once they have reputation and if they prefer to draw 2 over Trifarian Assessor for 5. Outside of reputation decks this is a 4 mana draw 2 which is not bad but also not good... actually this looks way less exiting thinking about it's uses
Well i could see some sort of Mix between a Rally/Heal/Wall Priest. I think Priest will not be as bad as most of us expect it to be right now. Of course depending on what cards the new expansion will give us.
Hearthstone's March 2021 Card Back, Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Has Arrived!
So good.

Yet another First Time Legend
Hogger was the first legendary I got from packs :)
Weekend Wild Hearthstone Decks - Mecha'thun Warlock, Odd Rogue, Miracle Priest, and More!
Gnaaaah that Hakkar Hunter again. I'm missing Brann Bronzebeard, Deathstalker Rexxar, Hakkar, the Soulflayer and Wyrmrest Purifier but my fingers are itching to try this out with the new expansion around the corner or not.
Two of the three legendaries are good anyway so I guess I'll do it.

Alexstrasza, Nozdormu, and Onyxia All Received Remakes - How Well Will They Do?
New Alex could be a cool additipn to Wild Quest Shaman decks, even if replaying her battlecries with Shudderwock is quite risky.
Thanks for the pointer to new Onyxia spawning Whelps every turn, I guess I'll try that Unseal the Vault deck in Wild after all :-)
How is Demon Hunter Going to Perform in Hearthstone's Year of the Gryphon? Core Set Review
Well, looks like the character for one of my favorite custom cards has been taken. :(
That said, Blizzard's Kor'vas looks interesting. I like the flavor of the class but it looks like much depends on a good set from Barrens.
Can Wild players craft the original classic dragon aspects for "free"?
