I worry that Hench-Clan Hogsteed could hurt the N'zoth turn, by pulling a 1/1 instead of a 4/3 Rush. Do you not think Plated Beetle or Vicious Scalehide be better in that slot?
I'm not so sure about this one. The card is very exciting to me. I think the effect and idea behind it are super cool and it has the potential to be pretty strong.
It also depends on how the early game for warrior shapes out. If warrior is going to be taking the board early with different tribal minions then this is insane. Warrior is great at using early pirates and there is a mech are too worth looking at. Skybarge is a mech that benefits from you playing pirates and there is the 2 drop pirate that comes from your hand for free so there may be some strong swing turn stuff here.
It's also worth mentioning that imprisoned vilefiend on curve will make this card at most 4 mana on turn 4 every time. Imprisoned Gan'arg (the 1 drop that gives firey war axe) may also make sense because these cards are both demons.
This card seems insane. Probably not as busted as I was thinking when I first saw it, but super good. For 6 attack you need a weapon + twin slice or lapidary, at least with the cards we have right now. So there is some set up involved for cheating this out. Lapidary + hero power + this is seven mana. Weapon plus twin slices is 6/7 mana, so its not like you're just jamming it down out of nowhere cheaply. The strength of this weapon will be on your turns where you already have the weapon loaded up though. You can pump up your weapon, blade dance, and play this to kill a fourth thing all in the same turn for not that much mana. Thats a powerful swing.
Even if you have to play 6 mana 6/6 in some gamestates that isn't terrible.
This is going to see some play in Soul DH and any other DH that is making big weapon swings.
I know that Ringmaster Whatley is a Warrior card ;). It's reveal only gave me the idea to have another look at The Curator again. And since pally is my favourite class, I tried it here first. Might update the list after the release of Darkmoon Faire. But it is dependent on what cards I get from the packs, as I'm mainly F2P.
Demonwrath has never seen a lot of play except for in Highlander decks that want an extra board clear. I do think this card will see play though due to the extra stats. I think this will be played in zoo/discard warlocks similarly to how Arcane Flakmage is played in secret mage. It is a one-sided board clear that can help you to get ahead while pushing for extra face damage.
With Marrowslicer or Twin Slice it shouldn't be hard to get the discount. The only issue is that if you don't get the discount, this isn't worth playing. I guess whether or not the card is good all depends on how easy it is to get the discount.
If you think the inclusion of silas into the deck is arbitrary you would be half correct, but the card is very good is most matchups, i have stolen all of paladin's buff cards, some grave runed convincing infiltrators a rin the first discible, i think the card is good as a reliable MC tech, in most matchups. And it's still early enough and niche enough to where your opponent isn't playing around it.
I'm not sure why you would need to play this when you can play 2 of both eclipses, but I'm sensing an Elise druid deck will make a comeback before she rotates, where this might be an important combo piece.
anyone who played as/against soul dh can tell you, getting to 6 attack is very EASY and you have a lot of card draw as well.. and you get a 6/6 rush for 1? what?
Its just too good not to see play. Essentially solving aggro mage's problems in one card, and pull up mind games at the same time. Its only weakness is that its unreliable when you're losing, but mage has cards that can stall, so that's not really too big a problem unless you're facing down either mage or hunter, who can deny your draw using their hero power.
Against control, its just a cheap 3 mana draw 3. What made team5 thought this card to be remotely fair is beyond me. But then that's part of the flavor of this card, isn't it?
Arcane Intellect draws you 2 cards, always, that turn, no condition, this draws you 3 cards maybe, next turn, not while losing, while losing tempo, This compares badly with a basic card because the draw is delayed and unreliable.
Aggro mage wants to be on board and gain tempo.
It's not broken I see this secret as one you play to trigger the "if you control a secret condition" then it's decent because you normally get some chip dmg
Cloud Prince and the 4 mana 8/8 minion seem decent with it cause again if you are gonna play a secret on turn 3, you lost tempo.
Yeah it can be good as aggro mage vs control I guess that's fair enough.
I don't think the whole faire is badly designed most cards make sense it's the mage ones so far that make 0 sense.

The Rogue and Paladin lists are both interesting. Missing Flik and Tirion, though. Sigh...

Very strong card if you're playing all demon deck. Don't think we have the support for that yet but its probably not too far off.

That murloc list is too greedy and not aggressive enough...
New Warrior Minion - E.T.C., God of Metal

Fire Breather is a New Warlock Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Darkmoon Faire Expansion
Oh OK. Weird horns for an eredar imo, but I'll take it. Still though, Void Analyst is a better representation for a female eredar.
New Druid Minion - Kiri, Chosen of Elune

New Rogue Minion - Grand Empress Shek'zara
Too slow, I think.. this doesn't give enough tempo really unless you are getting those teddy bears.
Edit: I am dumb I thought this card only discovered cards you shuffled into your deck..
then this card is decent but still quite slow for what rogue usually does drawing a specific card or even 2 is quite valuable.
New Mage Minion - Occult Conjurer
RIP WILD.
in standard it's alright maybe it could revive the secret archtype in standard.
RIP WILD VERY VERY VERY RIP secret mage WR 70%-> 80%
New Warlock Minion - Fire Breather
Decent card, as long as you aren't against a warlock or demon hunter it's 4 mana 2 dmg aoe with a 4/3 that's a high tempo card.
even if you are zoo you might run it if most of your minions are demons cause this just wins you midrange matchups.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Bladed Lady
anyone who played as/against soul dh can tell you, getting to 6 attack is very EASY and you have a lot of card draw as well.. and you get a 6/6 rush for 1? what?
this card is insanely strong..

Yeah, this feels more like a sideboard card, only for a game that does not have sideboard.
