Even with can't come down on turn 3 like Demonwrath, it's hard to say that 1 extra mana for a 4/3 can be a bad thing. This card seems like a solid upgrade over its already good BRM counterpart. It's a good card.
I'm not going to say that it's quite as broken as most people are saying it is, but there are indeed a number of ways to make it as such.
Soulshard Lapidary + Hero Power - There you go. Weapons are also really good because you can hold onto them for multiple turns. Marrowslicer + Twin Slice and you've got it. Inner Demon is also not bad with this as it fulfills the condition automatically. And when you do, a 1 mana 6/6 with Rush is obviously very strong, and this can even be combined with Soul Split.
Sometimes I do with Team 5 would try to push more DH archetypes that aren't just "gain Attack and hit the face."
Ringmaster Whatley is a Warrior card! If you want to try Menagerie Paladin, look at N'Zoth, God of the Deep. Not sure what other support the new expansion might offer for this archetype.
Burst attack face damage, massive lifesteal that can be also turned to damage with the new legendary, mana cheat minions that also have rush, silence enemy minions and charge with kayn, clear the board with blade dance, heal with soul fragments, cycle... What is DH's weakness again?
Seems very strong to me it's easily a 4 mana 5/5 and in the right deck very often a 3 mana 5/5 also this feeds into the managerie specially since the dragon slot was the most weird one since the only good early game dragon warrior had was the galakround one and we are past the galakround invoking meta (people still play galakround just not much invoking going around.)
If I have problems with aggro in Wild, I would tech this in Discardlock. At the moment it`s often pretty hard to come back, when you are overrun in the first 1-3 turns (for example by Aggro Druid).
This is VERY good... Will be played when you have an empty board rather than a Demon build that is still not very viable, but pretty viable for control.
No worries. There is nothing wrong with being wrong. All that matters is that people are willing to change their mind when more evidence presents itself :)
This just pisses me off. A 6 mana 6/6 with Rush is just straight up good. It doesn't even need to have a cost reduction effect, but then it does. They are seriously stacking DH this expansion, and it's going to be problematic.
Even if you destroy starspringBADCARDNAME with Scorched Earth you will technically get behind because you invested 3 mana to remove a 2 mana card that also healed already some of the opponent's units.
In general i believe that archetypes should be as unpolarising as possible so that a large set of archetypes can beat it/beaten by it and that as few hardcounter matchups as possible exist.
Therefore there shouldn't be archetypes like Sorakakench that have specific hard counters but who rule against the rest because you can pretty much be only on one of the sides who eighter hard loose or hard win.
I think the point that AngryShuckie is making is about the PROBABILITY that a card shows up in the options, not whether it’s DISPLAYED more than once.
I know. And these two things correlate with each other.
What I'm trying to say is, that the Probability of a certain Card being offered to you is influenced by the Fact that it can't be displayed more than once. Like I mentioned before, Effects that dicover from your Deck treat the Cards in it as if they were unique.
If you play Stitched Tracker with 15 Raptors and 3 other Minions in your Deck, it doesn't look at it and think:
„There's 1 Loothoarder, 1 Acolyte of Pain, 1 Thalnos and 15 Raptors in the Deck". What it actually thinks is:
„There's Loothoarder, Acolyte of Pain, Thalnos and Raptor in the Deck".
My point is that the test you mentioned could not distinguish between "1 Shadow Visions, 1 Jade Idol, and 1 other spell" and "1 Shadow Visions, 15 Jade Idols, and 1 other spell" because if it ever offered Jade Idol it would ignore it for the remaining options simply because discover doesn't show 2+ of the same card.
Me and a friend just tested it ourselves. I set up a deck of 7 unique spells plus 35 Jade Idols, and I was presented a Jade Idol all 10 times I played Shadow Visions. If all the different spells had the same odds (i.e. it didn't matter if there was 1 or 35 Idols) then the probability of that happening is
( 1 - (7/8)*(6/7)*(5/6) )^10 = 0.0055%.
That is possible, but extremely unlikely. Much more likely is that Jade Idol was weighted by 35 when the probability ends up at 97%. So I have to assume Shek'zara will also benefit from having lots of duplicates.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Bladed Lady
I read it first as "it cost 1 less if your attack is 6 or more" and was like what a weird trash card, but then I was like "Oh...".
1000+ Damage OTK!
Love It dude great work :)

The faire seems to have quite a lot of X cost X/Xs with Rush... Though this one, if run, would be casr for 1 more often than not.
6 attack is ridiculously easy to get with DH.

I tried to find the Clip I was talking about earlier and eventually came across this Reddit Thread:

It links to a Response by Peter Whalen confirming that Copies do increase the Odds of discovering certain Cards.
Well, looks like I haven't been playing Shadow Visions to the best of its Abilities all this Time ;D
Sorry for my Mistake!
