"Obsessed? No! I'm just really really really really really really really really really really into E.T.C.'s music and everything he says, does, thinks, lives, and breathes!"
I just like the design idea and punny name they have coined to it. This eccentric scribe was cursed to an afterlife of never being recognized for his talents! Muahaha!
The Faceless Ones are servants of Yogg-Saron, and they feed on fear. Right now they are feeding on our fear of you realizing we copied this flavor text.
Not two weeks post the new exp and it's the same feeling again. :/
I know I might repeat same words but, really, creativity is the key. I'm saying because I like to brainstorm a deck idea in front of deckbuilder, which can go up to 15-30 min just to reform a fresh deck. Let me give you an example: After opening up Record Scratcher from packs, I noticed recent expansion added some cool Combo cards. So, I went to deckbuilder, searched "combo" and found Whirlkick Master from Uldum set. After it, I built my deck around Whirlkick Master for endless Combo values to form a Combo Rogue deck, which is what recent expansion aimed for in Standard but much better in Wild.
In short, think-think-think. My thought process while building a deck can be as follows:
Look at collection, whether it's from old expansions or recent ones. (e.g: Synthesize)
Decide an archetype you want to go with. (e.g: Elemental Mage)
If possible, search by its keyword. Add its related cards, whether it's from old sets or new ones. (e.g: Servant of Kalimos)
Add tech cards against specific matches. (e.g: Fire Sale vs Aggro)
Add draw if possible.
Doing it on your first attempt can be tiresome or your deck might not be good. As you play matches against opponents, you will realize the deck's weaknesses and patch them up. Then, as you patch them up, you will get used to deckbuilding process and starting to enjoy crafting your homebrew deck. It's how it goes with me and that's why I love playing Wild ^_^
I don't know about all of you, but I have been sincerely missing the decks that were created and posted to help the community take out the achievements with the newest expansions. Ever since I started playing TCGs in my teens with MTG, I have never been the best at creating decks. I could pilot them well enough but the custom decks I made that were fun, let alone competitive, were few and far between.
I looked forward to the "community" decks and walkthroughs that people were able to create to help other players get through the achievements for the rewards, and have fun exploring the possibilities with the new cards and tactics. I know that with the exodus of key people here at Out of Cards left a hole where this was happening more on the regular... but I think that we can start putting these back together and posting them on the site.
With that being said, has anyone had success at creating decks to help kill off some of these achievements? I have created a few, but nothing I would say is dominating or competitive, or even getting "two birds with one stone" anymore. The closest I have is a Shaman Totem deck I made where I included Pack the House as an E.T.C., Band Manager side board and included Melomania to "refill" my hand after dropping a bunch of low cost totems/minions. Be damned if I can find a way to put Saxophone Soloist in there with any efficacy.
I did use Ghost Writer in most of my decks since it, in my opinion, is one of the best cards in the set. But once I got the achievement I traded it out for another card. What are you all playing to get these achievements done?
Am I the only one facing Tony Druid after Tony Druid? I'm not having that much fun in Wild with those Turn 3-5 draw your entire deck otk. This decks seems fun, does any have a real chance?
What an awesome list of decks! Questline Outcast Demon Hunter has to be one of the hardest decks to pilot in the format. Beast Hunter feels very strong and is only held back by the Druid shenanigans we're all hoping to vanish soon. Pure Divine Shield Paladin has the giga flavor and is super fun to play (if you don't face aggro).
I'm still interested in trying out Egg DK, but my dust is slowly running out and I'm missing Cage Head. Has anyone tried that deck yet? How is it doing?
I also liked to spend time playing with my friends after school. However, now that I'm older and in the process of building my career, I realize that what's more important to me than gaming is my professional success. I used to ask do my assignment for me, used https://essaylab.com/do_my_assignment_for_me for that. I am convinced that this is a common and sound point of view for any healthy person. After all, our career provides us with a livelihood and opportunities to fulfill ourselves in life, and there is no doubt about it.

I have, and it's been performing amazing! You don't need Cage Head, trust me, instead remove one Mosh Pit, put two Rowdy Fans and see the magic.
