What I meant was that it behaves like Double-Attack, except that the first strike hits the enemy nexus. So if a 3/3 elusive was blocked with a 3/3 without elusive, the elusive would first deal 3 damage to the enemy nexus, then it would attack the blocking 3/3 and they would both die
You can call it whatever you want, you can "take a bucket of piss and call it Granny's peach tea" but that won't chance the importance it should be given and the consequences it's causing.
I'm sorry to be so harsh (I've even read your comment multiple times), but your post doesn't make any sense.
is this a joke? maybe my english isnt the best but "the importance it should be given and the consequences its causing" is EXACTLY what i mean. ppl arent giving it the importance that it represents, the danger, ppl are just going about their life like nothings changed while Italy is living like its some sort of dystopian sci-fi movie and spain is on its way.
I mean I even said the virus AINT Covid-19, thats just a disease named by WHO to not cause panic, cause if they called it by its real name SARS-cov2 ppl would have probably panic but at least gave it the importance it should have for many ppl relate the name SARS to a deadly disease. Instead they continued to think it was just a flu until shit started to hit the fan.
Im sorry that ppl didnt get what i said, but its really funny how we were all on the same side.
Going full aggro if you want to get anywhere, with a few Faerie Dragons and Boompistol Bully to beat up on rogue. Currently few classes can outvalue highlander mage, or res priest, and going greed makes your hunter matches really bad.
Unfortunately priest is not fun to play against and I believe, not fun to play either. You skip your first 5 turns and hope to draw your Zerek's Cloning Gallery or you die. There's just no interactivity, and since the wall of taunts effectively keeps the ground game from going, there's just no point but to concede if you cant KO res priest by turn 8.
The Amazing Reno just feels bad to play against to be honest. The card swings hard sometimes, and it feels really bad to lose to a highroll of spells. Here's hoping there's some card coming up in the new expansion that can tone down the RNG on this.
If anything, I've been doing well with bomb warrior and maly rogue. Since face hunter is on the decline, there's finally some breathing room to play something else without being bm-ed to the face at turn 6.
Totally agree with you for the first half ; priest is currently not fun to play nor to play against ... just stale and plain long games that feels pointless : *yawns* ZzzZzzz. I miss the diversity of viable archetypes for priest, that's for sure. As for reverting Raza ... as fun as it is to be on the winning end of the machine gun combo, I don't miss its helpless uninteractivity play style of facing it.
Those things that you're mentioning are actual in-game feature (combat's results can be seen with the Oracle's Eye, while by right clicking on a card and then on the little eye under it you can see the full art).
The only third party tool that come to my mind for LoR is actually the deck tracker, that will allow you to see your full decklist, keep a database of your statistics and other similar features.
Priest feels terribly miserable to play against, and I'm not saying that because I can't win against the class. My opinion is that it's just dull and unfun for both sides.
I really miss those times were we had cool stuff like Mind Blast Combo Priest or Dragon Priest.
At least give us back Raza in Wild and we may call it even for now, deal?
The phrase "strikes the enemy nexus before the blocker" doesn't really make sense because it would seem to be some kind of inverse overwhelm, where you only deal damage to the blocker if you have excess damage after killing the nexus. Is a fair rewording of your rule "This unit deals damage as though it is not blocked, unless its blocker has Elusive"? This would mean they can only deal attack damage to enemy units with Elusive, and may often get killed during a block despite dealing damage to the enemy nexus.
If my rephrasing is a correct understanding of your meaning, I actually think that's a fairly creative reworking of the keyword. I do wonder, though, if that starts to look a bit too much like Ephemeral with respect to how that deck archetype intends to play out, where the one-turn Ephemeral units are replaced with disposable face damage that frequently gets blocked to death the first turn it attacks.
One of the major problems with elusives is that they cut down on the interactivity within the game, and early elusives can just keep hitting your nexus every turn with no way to prevent it. However, elusives do serve a purpose of providing direct nexus damage to close out games, which needs to be preserved in a rework of the elusive keyword.
My solution would be to change elusive to “This unit strikes the enemy nexus before its blocker, if the blocker does not have elusive”
This way, elusives would always be able to get at least one hit on the enemy nexus, but they would be vulnerable to being removed by enemy units. It also still keeps the flavor of elusive because it would be like the elusive units are able to evade their blocker and hit the enemy nexus first. The main issue I see with this is that champions like Teemo and Ezreal wouldn’t work as well, so these champions could be reworked or given “can only be blocked by elusives” instead of elusive.

I'm currently on:

Rogue - 872
Druid - 867
Paladin - 778
Mage - 741
Priest - 640
Shaman - 532

Currently focusing on getting Rogue to 1k so I can go all pirate.
Elusive Keyword Rework Idea
doesn't really fix the issue
If anything we need the "Can't Block" featuree added to more elusive units so they aren't as easily abused with permanent buffs and the like.
Or just do the Navori Bladescout thing and have most of them lose Elusive after one turn.
Elusive Keyword Rework Idea
This would essentially make elusive a better Overwhelm that is weaker if your opponent is running elusives

The HP thing is actually in-game. It's the little eye in the far left of the board, right on the middle.
